The Waltzing Policemen lobby poster

I just obtained a one sheet lobby poster in almost mint condition for the 1979 indie film The Waltzing Policemen. I cannot find any record of the poster anywhere, so it seems pretty rare. I tried to attach a JPG here but was denied. It is a navy and white drawing of a cop's back with a white glove on his shoulder and his white gloved hand behind his back, with line drawings of columns in the background. The film is listed on imdb.com without any info, the poster says it was a US entry in the 1979 Cannes film festival. Does anyone have any information please?

Never heard of the film, and after a quick google I know about as much. No idea, I doubt there is much value since there seems to be zero interest in the movie online.
