So who has the greatest horror memorabilia collection?  Hammett says he has the "second" greatest collection.

Depends how you define "greatest" of course but likely Ron Borst.

Hammett's Dracula 1S Style C - presumably the only copy left and I'm not sure it's ever been shown before in color:

Bride of Frankenstein 1S - I can't determine what style this is but I've not seen it before:

Awesome stuff!  Always tried to imagine what that Dracula would look like in full colour.  Those eyes really grab you (and the negligee doesn't hurt either ;) )

Next to the teaser, this style was my favorite.

Yeah, I believe that picture originated from Poster Mountain, which restored this poster in 2003.

Can't say enough about this book - absolutely worth $25.

Mummy one sheet, only known copy, similar to the three sheet, book says it was found and remains "laminated to a board":

Wax Museum, probably the only one sheet of this:

Does he have the 3 sheet too?

Honestly had no clue another style one sheet even existed!  The fact it is laminated is quite something...

I could be wrong but I think it means it was stuck to a board with a coating, more like a varnish than laminated, again I could be wrong.

Got the book yesterday and it is indeed very enjoyable. It is very much a fanbook and those are fun most of the time. I liked the toys the best (especially the Great Garloo), because I've never seen those before. I am a bit jaded in regards to Universal lobby cards, pretty much seen them and most of the time they aren't really spectacular. That's why I liked the other book I got even better! A fanbook also but with almost fanatical encyclopedic dedication. It's a bit higher in price but definitely worth it:

MUCHAS GRACIAS SENOR LOBO is a memorabilia book dedicated to Paul Naschy and it is great. Check for details:  http://www.creepy-images.com/

Mummy 3 sheet is there as well. Kong 6 sheet, it just goes on and on. Jaw dropping stuff.

This is correct Ari, it is not laminated.
We have talked about this one-sheet several times (at least over at NSFGE), so it's existence shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

Re: Mystery of the Wax Museum - there were copies of this poster was in the Royal Theater collection, so while not unique it is still rare.

Mine just arrived, if anyone can outdo this as far as personal passion to a particular subject I will be surprised. What a book, so thick and heavy and image heavy. Awesome stuff, any wolfman fan must grab it. Or if you like European exploitation.

Thanks for sharing the boobs Ted, I appreciate it.

Got my Senor Lobo in the post.

It is a very nice book indeed, quite an art work of its own. I recommend it even though I am not much into horror, the images are still very interesting to look at and the exploitation images too! Mum is visiting and looked over my shoulder while reading it and called me "sicko"... Highly recommended  ;D

It is very different to my other more conservative poster books like Reynold Brown. It also has quite a number of Spanish posters, Italians. It is written half in German and half in English. It looks well made.

It's quite a feat putting together such a collection huh? Value aside, just the time tracking down so much Naschy paper. Thorsten should be proud.
My favourite is the poster that borrows images from mark of the devil, oh exploitation, where have you gone?
Glad your mother was impressed, maybe pass it on as an early Xmas gift ;)
