Your wait is over! Go to www.emovieposter.com/online/previews/201810/parti/ to view a preview gallery of ALL of the 281 linenbacked and oversized posters of all sorts in Part I of our 19th Annual Halloween Auction (which runs from October 28th to November 4th), including the lot numbers, so you can see the exact order in which they will be auctioned!

Note that not only do we provide you with the exact condition grade that will be on the auction, but you can also click on any image and see the "super-sized" version, so that you can really know the exact condition of each item long in advance of the auction, so you can better prepare your bidding strategy.

This Part I of our 19th Annual Halloween Auction contains all the items that don't ship in regular flat packages or in regular tubes, (all linenbacked items, PLUS oversized rolled posters, window cards and much more)!

This is a preview gallery only. The auctions go "live" shortly after 5 PM CST on Sunday, October 28th and then you will be able to do all you ordinarily can, including placing bids!

And remember this is just Part I. Wait until you see the other parts!|

We (eMoviePoster.com) hold 3,500 auctions every four weeks.
We have auctioned more movie paper for more money (in real sales) than any auction in the world.
We have the longest continuously running auctions of any auction, with over 1,775,000 to date from over 2,800 consignors.

If this is real then its very sloppy : the "B" usually have a pointy end at the bottom left side , the "S" is wrong too , overall looks nothing like others legit Ive seen , including checks from late 80s

Yep.  Don’t believe in autographs, never have, never will.  I don’t understand why people buy this stuff, but I’m sure 99.9% of collectors don’t understand why I buy what I buy, so to each his own.

I stopped caring a long time ago.

There are legit ones out there but must do your home work.......if you see at 0:48 , the way the "t" is crossed in "St".......... looks like a capital "A" , I believe shes always written it like that

Streisand checks are very rare , they can go for 200$

Elvis is much much more difficult to authenticate due to secretaries , body guards and even his father authorized to sign for him (Vernon sgd his checks) plus modern fakes from people like Hans Bakker in the 90s

I find Eastwood difficult to authenticate as well , he stopped signing thru mail mid 80s and de Niro stopped around 1982

I even have middle name sigs : Amber Thiessen , Deen Locklear.......never seen Heather sign her middle name , its very very rare

Also Jabbar 90% only signs AJ but Ive got a "Kareem" so never say never

All THREE parts of eMoviePoster.com's 19th Annual Halloween Auction are now online, and together it contains one of the absolute finest overall selection of horror/sci-fi posters and related items we have ever offered at one time, 1,281 items in all! And EVERY item will REALLY have a new owner after the auctions end, because ALL the items really started at $1 with NO reserves (and none of the dreaded "buyers premiums").

NOT YET REGISTERED TO BID? Go to https://auctions.emovieposter.com/Registration.taf?

From now until Sunday at around 3 PM CST (when the Part I items begin to end) you can view ALL 1,281 of the items in these 3 parts in a single gallery at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/all.html! It is especially valuable to view the items this way if you have specific interests (like certain stars, movies, or genres) because you can search all three parts at once, and you can use our Search Filters on all three parts at once!

Or you can view just the Part I items (281 linen & oversized posters) at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html or just the Part II items (419 posters that ship rolled) at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/13.html or just the Part III items (581 flat package items) at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/14.html. Note that ALL of the items in Part II and III are just $12 U.S. shipping for either part, no matter how much you win or how much you spend (the items in Part I are the actual cost of U.S. shipping, plus $3 for packing material).

You might be surprised to know that I DON'T want to tell you more details about these 1,281 horror/sci-fi items in all three parts!
I am NOT going to tell you about the massive selection of extreme horror/sci-fi rarities, many of which we have never auctioned before!
I am NOT going to tell you that if you collect ANY kind of horror/sci-fi movie paper (or NON-movie posters as well) you are sure to find items of interest!
I am NOT going to tell you that we don't have any reserves or buyers premiums, honest condition grading, and unenhanced super-sized images!
I am NOT going to tell you about the insanely wonderful offerings of 213 ultra-rare lobby cards in Part III of this auction!
I am NOT going to tell you that this is the one of the absolute finest overall selection of horror/sci-fi posters and related items we have ever offered, and that people will be talking about this auction for many years to come!
Why? Because I want you to go to the above link(s) and view all these items for yourself, because seeing the items (and their current bid prices) will sell them far better than anything I can write here!

Best of luck to all of you who bid in eMoviePoster.com's 19th Annual Halloween Auction!

Part I of eMoviePoster.com's 19th Annual Halloween Auction (281 linen & oversized posters) ends Sunday starting at 3 PM CST at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html, just over a day from now!

Part II (419 posters that ship rolled) ends Tuesday at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/13.html and Part III (581 flat package items) ends Thursday at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/14.html

NOT YET REGISTERED TO BID? Go to https://auctions.emovieposter.com/Registration.taf? You have to register at least 6 hours in advance because we, unlike most auctions, qualify our bidders so you know you are bidding against real bidders who will honor their bids.

You won't believe how many wonderful horror/sci-fi posters, lobby cards, stills and more are crammed into these three parts and I guarantee you that you will have a great time looking over so many extreme rarities, even if you are only "window shopping"!

In just a few hours, starting at 3 PM CST, the 281 excellent horror/sci-fi linen & oversized posters in Part I of eMoviePoster.com's 19th Annual Halloween Auction start to end at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html

Please go now and look them over, because all these have no reserves, and later today all will have new owners, no matter how low the final bid price (and as of this writing, 39 items are under $20; see the lowest priced ones by going to http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/3/15.html).

Many of the rest of the posters are under (or well under) where the same or similar posters have sold for in the past, so some wonderful buys may be made! Best of luck to those of you who bid in this Part I of our Halloween auction!

I have a few rare posters in Part II of eMovie's Halloween auction.  Here are a few that might be of interest to folks here:

Escape from New York Japanese B1 -- B1s are unheard of for this film!
Return of the Jedi Japanese B2 starfall style
For Your Eyes Only Japanese B2 bathing suit advance
Close Encounters of the Third Kind Japanese B2 Toho theatrical promotion -- Similar to starfall poster and equally rare. Also the only original release poster I know of to show the ship!

In Part I of the Halloween auction, The 50 Ft. Woman more than doubled in price over the closing minutes, closing at a very high $15,499.00, and it LOOKED like it would be the top selling poster, but Harry Houdini's The Master Mystery found an additional last minute bidder and emerged the top selling poster at a magical $15,831.00!

See all the results from this auction at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/date/2018-11-04/sort/4/archive.html (you have to be registered to see the prices, but registration is free at https://auctions.emovieposter.com/Registration.taf).

And remember this was just Part One of this amazing set of auctions! Part II closes Tuesday at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/13.html and the final Part III closes Thursday at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/14.html.

And there are LOTS of great items remaining, and best of all, there are items for everyone, regardless of how much money you have to spend. And as always at eMoviePoster.com, there are NO reserves, and EVERY item started at $1 with NO reserve!

Starting at 7 PM CST later today, the 419 posters that ship rolled in standard tubes in Part II of our 19th Annual Halloween Auction start to end at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/13.html

If you are one of our regular bidders, you know that we regularly have sets of auctions where we auction rolled one-sheets, others where we auction rolled non-U.S. posters, and still others where we auction all sorts of "special" posters.

Well this Part II of our Halloween Auction is a combination of all three, except that EVERY poster has a horror/sci-fi or fantasy theme, including some great ones, but also including LOTS of very affordable ones.

Think I am exaggerating about how many bargains there are? As of right now, with around 12 hours left, there are a WHOPPING 88 posters under $10, and an even more amazing 164 under just $20 each!

And a high percentage of the remaining 254 items are under where the same or similar items have sold for in the past (in some cases, WAY under!).

But you can't get these great buys if you aren't bidding, and it takes a while to go through this many really varied horror/sci-fi or fantasy posters, so why go to the above link right now, because in just a few hours ALL these posters will be going, going, GONE!

If you have the slightest interest in horror/sci-fi  memorabilia of ANY kind, then I feel pretty certain you will be VERY interested in our final Part III of our special 19th Annual Halloween Auction closing today in HOURS at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/14.html.

Why? Because if you are like most people, you would like to own at least a few horror/sci-fi posters, lobby cards, stills or other types, but you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for them and if so, then this auction is perfect for you! How great are the bargains?

Amazingly, with just hours to go on the 581 folded posters, lobby cards, stills, and more in Part III, there are still 65 of them at just $1 to $6, 121 that are just $12 or under, 195 that are just $18 or under, and 240 that are just $26 or under, so all of these are within the range of every collector, no matter what your budget!

Please remember that in OUR auctions there are NO buyers premiums whatsoever, so $1 is REALLY $1, and NOT "$1, plus $19 buyers premium", which turns many "good deals" into terrible ones. And in our auctions there are NO reserves either, so many items REALLY sell for $1 or just a few dollars (as our 47,000+ past buyers can attest to!).

NOT YET REGISTERED TO BID? Go to https://auctions.emovieposter.com/Registration.taf? You need to register at least six hours before the auctions start to close, because we qualify all bidders (so you know you are bidding against people who will surely honor their bids).

I certainly hope that you look over all of these items in this Part III, and consider bidding on at least a few of them, because there may well be the chance for fantastic bargains. $6, $12, $18 or $26 doesn't buy much these days, but in OUR Halloween auction closing in hours, it may buy any of a large number of really fun horror/sci-fi items of all kinds!

And there are some remarkable offerings of specific types of collectibles within this set of auctions. First and foremost are the TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN lobby cards, which include a LOT of great 1930s to 1950s titles, many very scarce. Second are the 44 Spanish heralds, which include some of the most rare 1930s titles.

Third are the 45 mostly incredibly rare 8" x 10" stills, about as nice a selection as you could hope to find. There are 194 folded one-sheets, 28 pressbooks, 11 sets of original Japanese stills for rubbery monster movies, and many more cool rarities well worth checking out!

And it is not just the least expensive items that offer incredible values! Many of the top items in today's Part III are ultra rare, and some may be ones that have sold for MUCH higher prices in the past.

On these, and many others of the current top items, the prices are FAR under where I would expect them to be and that is true at every price level, from the highest priced to the lowest priced!

Now obviously, some or a lot of those will get more bidding before they end, but you can never tell, so certainly you have nothing to lose (except a little of your time) by placing some bids on items at prices you would LOVE to pay!

But you can't get great buys unless you bid, and it takes a while to go through this many items, so why not go right now to http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/14.html and look at the many bargains and joke low prices in this Part III of our 19th Annual Halloween Auction closing in hours?

Also, this is your last chance to consign to eMoviePoster.com's December Major Auction. You must have your consignments on their way to us no later than November 9th!

This auction has hundreds of extremely rare items that we have rarely ever auctioned before (like the posters in this preview at
http://www.emovieposter.com/online/previews/201812/20181107_december_preview.jpg).

See more preview items here: http://www.emovieposter.com/learnmore/?page=consign_major#December (and return to our site on December 2nd, when this special auction begins).

If you have items you think would make sense for this auction, please contact us immediately!

If you didn’t send your consignments to eMoviePoster.com's December Major Auction by November 9th, then you are too late!

The auction contains lots of very rare and desirable posters (including these: http://www.emovieposter.com/online/previews/201812/20181109_december_preview.jpg). What it DOESN’T have any of is any reserves or buyers premiums.

Want to buy ALL kinds of movie memorabilia at well below wholesale prices?

My company, eMoviePoster.com has 999 bulk lots containing an astonishing 37,966 items in all closing TODAY at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/15.html, starting at 3 PM CST, and a lot of these absolutely will close at pennies per item!

If you are not one of our 47,000+ registered bidders, you must register to bid at https://auctions.emovieposter.com/Registration.taf (it's free) and you need to do so at least 4 hours prior to the auctions closing (because we qualify our bidders, so you KNOW you are always bidding against people who will honor their bids, which is often NOT true on eBay or other auction sites).

You'll find vast quantities of posters, lobby cards, stills, books, auction catalogs, sheet music, postcards, cigarette cards, and so very much more, all practically being given away!

Now please go right now to the above link and start checking out these 999 bulk lots, so YOU can get some of the great buys to be had (as of right now, with a couple of hours left, ONE THIRD of these are just $1 to $3 (per LOT, not per item). We think you will find bidding on them irresistible!
We (eMoviePoster.com) hold 3,500 auctions every four weeks.

eMoviePoster.com has a great buying opportunity on our auctions closing today, where you can practically "steal" many posters, because we have 600 "special" rolled posters (unusual U.S. and non-U.S. posters, movie and non-movie, including 96 war posters!) AND 399 rolled one-sheets closing in hours at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/14.html, and the current bid prices on many are so low that you will have trouble believing them!

Do YOU have an empty space on your walls just crying out to be filled by some fun poster that you simply tack up to the wall (just like you did in college or in your first apartment)? Or are you thinking that it would be great to start collect something that is "affordable" and yet offers tons of viewing pleasure, but that posters cost too much these days to do that, and that even a cheap repro has to cost $9.99 or more?

Well think again, because (with 4 hours left, as of this writing) 22 of these one-sheets and "special" posters currently have NO BID at all with hours to go (so $1 can take those), and a WHOPPING 112 of them are still at just $1 each or have no bid, and 382 are at just $1 to $5! And our $1 is REALLY "$1", and NOT "$1, plus $19 buyers premium", as seen in some other auctions.

What are you waiting for? A gold-plated invitation? Go to the above link NOW and find some great posters for your walls that will cost you next-to-nothing, and will give you endless viewing pleasure!

If you are wondering why we auctioning BOTH one-sheets AND "special" posters together, here is the answer. In the past, we have auctioned solely "newer" unfolded one-sheets and newer rolled "special" posters in separate auctions. But we find that many of the same people buy both of these types of posters, and by offering them in the same set of auctions, they can have a wider variety of items to choose from, AND they can combine them in the same tube, and save a FORTUNE on shipping, compared to buying them individually from multiple sellers.

Speaking of those "special" posters (the non-one-sheet part of this auction), these special posters contain a wonderful variety of all sorts of "odd" posters (some connected to movies, but not standard movie posters, and some that have no connection to movies at all). HALF OF THE 600 SPECIAL POSTERS COME FROM NON-U.S. COUNTRIES, including 62 from Germany, 47 from East Germany, 42 from the Czech Republic, 29 from Poland, 17 from The Netherlands, 15 from Argentina, 11 from England, and on and on! In all, TWENTY FOUR different countries are represented!

AND INCLUDED IN THE "SPECIAL" POSTERS IS A REMARKABLE COLLECTION OF 96 WAR POSTERS (at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/tag/xtype%253Awar%2520poster/14.html)! Almost all are from the U.S. and from World War II, and amazingly many are ones we have never auctioned before (that's because the collection was compiled many decades ago!). This is a great opportunity to buy wonderful war posters, many with cool art, and lots with wonderful taglines of that time, and yet amazingly, as of right now, 70 of them are $25 or under, and 48 are $14 or under, so they are certainly extremely affordable!

And the rolled one-sheets include many of the most desired titles of the past several decades, including some real rarities! See only the 399 rolled one-sheets here: http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/tag/xtype%253Aone-sheet/sort/4/14.html

No matter how many of these you buy today, the U.S. shipping is just $12, even if you get 100 of them (actual cost anywhere else). And using our unique "Pay and Hold" system, you can get all you want over a three week period (six weeks outside the U.S.) and you pay just $12 U.S. shipping for everything as long as it fits in one package safely.

And you can pay for your purchases entirely within our "Checkout 2.0", which even works with "Pay and Hold" orders, which saves you a fortune on shipping! But please, if you can't look at these one-sheets and special posters right now, then don't put off visiting the above link for too long, because it takes a while to look over this many items, and in just a few hours they will all be going, going, GONE!

710 camera original, studio-issued transparencies & negatives + 35mm slide sets
« Reply #1144 on: November 16, 2018, 08:27:09 PM »
eMoviePoster.com has a very special auction ending Sunday, that contains collectibles that may be new to you, but I hope you will consider buying one or more!

The auction I am referring to contains 710 camera original and studio-issued transparencies and negatives plus sets of 35mm slides that end Sunday the 18th at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html

Even those of you who already collect vintage stills may not currently own any transparencies, negatives, or slides, but even if this is so, we urge you to consider bidding on (and hopefully buying) some of these. Why? Because you likely already know that vintage photos from the 1920s to the 1940s can sell for hundreds of dollars each, and these transparencies and negatives are even better than the vintage photos made from them!

It is like the difference between owning a vintage poster and the original artwork the poster was printed from. Transparencies and negatives are many times more rare than the corresponding vintage photos, and yet, because many people are not yet aware of them, they often can sell for LESS than a vintage photo created from them, and that seems crazy to us!

And this set of auctions ends in two days, and it is FILLED with incredible iconic images of the greatest Hollywood stars, but many of them are currently at ridiculously low prices. How low? 394 of the lots (some of which contain a single transparency, negative, or slide but many contain multiples) are at just $1, and 193 have no bid at all!

Only 215 are currently over just $5, and those 215 are mostly FAR under what would seem to be a reasonable retail for these items (most are so rare that it is anyone's guess what a "reasonable retail" would be). Now there is sure to be more bidding before these close, but you can never tell which ones will get those bids! And remember that many of these have more than one item per lot, and three have over 100 in each, and yet the above quote prices are per lot, NOT per item!

For those of you who don't know what these are, transparencies and negatives were first created by top professional photographers, who would retouch them as necessary to present the finest possible images. Very few of these "camera original" transparencies and negatives survive. These were the ones that were actually in the camera when the photographer took the image.

Once the photographer finished creating the negatives or transparencies, they gave them to the studios who duplicated them and sent them to media outlets or other places that had need of the very highest quality image for reproduction purposes (in newspapers, magazines, or elsewhere).

Camera original and studio-issued transparencies, negatives and 35mm slides can be used to make very high quality reproductions, but bear in mind that we are solely auctioning the physical transparencies and NOT the right to reproduce them, so unless they are public domain, the new owner must acquire the rights elsewhere before reproducing them.

Original studio produced transparencies and negatives come in several sizes (8x10, 4x5, 2 1/4 by 2 1/4, and some odd sizes). The larger the transparency or negative, the better the quality of reproduction can be made from them!

There are also transparencies that were NOT created by studios, and those were made by collectors or auction houses (by photographing the actual posters or photos). HOWEVER, THIS SET OF AUCTIONS DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY ITEMS THAT WERE NOT EITHER STUDIO PRODUCED OR CAMERA ORIGINALS FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER!

So you need to go http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html now (or soon) and look these over, because they lots of fun to look at, even if you are "window shopping", and you may find you can't resist bidding on these (when you see the low, low prices, and the great images)!

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE AUCTIONED THESE! On 2/11/18, we at eMoviePoster.com held a special auction of 365 8" x 10" (and other sizes) transparencies, negatives and 35mm slides. Most of those, but not all, were camera original or studio-issued, and a lot of those deserved sold in the high hundreds of dollars each and the 365 items sold for a combined total of $33,402.00. And on 6/10/18 we held a second such auction and this was not as major a selection as the first one, but the 444 items still sold for a combined total of $15,000.00.

Now we have this bigger and better THIRD such auction! This time we have 185 single negatives and sets (that are almost all camera originals), 270 singles and sets of transparencies (ALL studio-issued) and 253 sets of 35mm slides (many from  studio employees)!

All the 710 above auctions are now live (and they end Sunday the 18th). See them all at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html

About this auction of negatives, transparencies, and 35mm slides
This is a very special auction of 710 extremely rare negatives and transparencies of various sizes plus 35mm slides. EVERY single one in this auction is either "studio issued" (meaning it was created by the studio and sent to theaters and movie outlets), OR it is a "camera original" (meaning it was the actual negative that was in the camera when the photographer took the picture). Every auction clearly identifies which they are, and there are no items being auctioned that are not either "studio issue" or "camera originals". We have divided them by type and size (and note that many of the sets of 35mm slides are quite large, with three containing over 100 each, and that many of these came from studio employees, and may well contain some or many images that were NOT included with presskits!).

Also note that every one of these auctions of negatives have had the negatives scanned expertly to create a positive image. The auctions contain that positive scan with the "eMoviePoster.com" watermark over it. ONLY the winner of this auction will, on request, be sent UNWATERMARKED scan(s) of the items in this auction, which will both save them the time and expense of scanning them themselves, and also allow them to make positive prints of the items they purchased. In the case of transparencies, almost all of them were scanned individually (a very few were not, and that is clearly identified on those auctions). In the case of 35mm slides, almost all of them were photographed on a light box, and only a few or none were scanned, and that is clearly identified on those auctions. In the case of transparencies and 35mm slides, the images that appear on the auctions have an "eMoviePoster.com" watermark over it. The winners of those auctions can, upon request, have the unwatermarked images (if they were scanned, we will send unwatermarked scans, if they were photographed, we will send unwatermarked photographs, and if there is a combination of scans and photographs, we will send what we took).

HERE IS A CHART OF THE ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION:
(to better help you find the sizes and countries that interest you)
1x001-1x005 11x14 negatives
1x006-1x142 8x10 negatives (singles and sets), 5x7 negative
1x143-1x167 4x5 negatives (singles and sets)
1x168-1x185 3x3 and 2x2 negatives
1x186-1x214 8x10 transparencies (sets and singles)
1x215-1x218 5x7 transparencies (singles)
1x219-1x407 4x5 transparencies (sets and singles)
1x408-1x444 3x3 transparencies (sets and singles)
1x445-1x456 2x2 transparencies (sets and singles)
1x457-1x710 35mm slides (sets and singles)

Best of luck to you if you bid on any of our auctions of camera original or studio-issued negatives, transparencies, or 35mm slides closing Sunday!

Our great December Major Auction starts in just two weeks
« Reply #1145 on: November 17, 2018, 12:17:57 PM »
Our great December Major Auction starts in just two weeks. In our major auctions we always "start from scratch" because we actually sell everything we auction and once again, our consignors came through with a great array of rarities from every year, genre and decade!

This is surely because we get the best prices overall (when you compare "apples to apples and oranges to oranges"), and because we charge substantially the lowest selling cost (when you add in other auctions' buyers premiums) of any major auction and also of course because we always say what we will do, and do what we say!

Go to http://www.emovieposter.com/learnmore/?page=consign_major to view many preview items.

What distinguishes OUR auctions from other major auctions? Only the lack of any reserves or buyers premiums, honest condition grading, and unenhanced super-sized images! You will find an amazing "supermarket" selection of great posters from all years, genres, and countries!

710 transparencies, negatives and sets of 35mm slides end in a few hours
« Reply #1146 on: November 18, 2018, 08:51:47 AM »
eMoviePoster.com truly spectacular selection of 710 camera original and studio-issued transparencies and negatives plus sets of 35mm slides ends in just a few HOURS (as of this writing) today SUNDAY beginning at 3 PM CST (NOT at 7 PM like our Tuesday and Thursday auctions) at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html.

You may well have never bought any of these negatives, transparencies or slide sets, and you may not even know what they are (find out more here: http://www.emovieposter.com/auctions/special.php?d=20181111#SpecialNotes). This is a hobby that is in its infancy, and you may look back at this auction years from now and think "If only I had bought from it when prices were so low!  Think I am exaggerating about how low they are?

As of right now, with just a few HOURS left (as of this writing), ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN of these are at the opening bid of $1 each, and 474 are just $10 each or under (and since lots of these contain multiple items, many of those are pennies each)! Now there is sure to be more bidding before these close, but you can never tell which ones will get those bids!

And remember that there are NO buyers premiums (especially the dreadful $19 minimum ones), so $1 is REALLY $1, and you pay just $12 U.S. shipping no matter how many of these great stills you get, even if you get 100 of them! We only charge the actual cost of shipping plus $3 for packaging materials if you live outside the U.S., and you can accumulate all you win in six weeks into as few packages as possible, which saves you a fortune on shipping.

Don't forget to check out these 710 camera original and studio-issued transparencies and negatives plus sets of 35mm slides sometime BEFORE they end in HOURS, beginning at 3 PM CST (NOT at 7 PM like our Tuesday and Thursday auctions) by going to http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html and best of luck to you if you bid on any of these ultra rare collectibles!

You say you like old movie posters, but they cost too darn much?
« Reply #1147 on: November 19, 2018, 11:32:43 PM »
If you have looked at eMoviePoster.com's current auctions of 999 folded one-sheets closing VERY soon at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/13.html, you might ask yourself "Why are ONE THIRD of them still at just $1, $2, $3, or $4 less than a day to go until they start closing (as of this writing)?"

But a far BETTER question to ask yourself is "Why am I not bidding on these super-low priced posters, which include many rarities from all years and genres?"! We don't know WHY so many of these posters are at below wholesale prices, but we DO know that many of these prices are SO low that they seem insanely low!

You might get the impression from reading the above that these auctions mostly consist of "low end" one-sheets, BUT NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH! There are LOTS of "better" titles, and most of those are under (or far under) where the same titles have sold for in the past. See the current top items below.

And remember that when we say "$1", we really mean "$1" and NOT "$1, plus $19 buyers premium" found on another auction site. At these prices you could buy a bunch and have the start of a collection, or you could slap them on eBay at $9.99 each and make a bundle, or you could sell them from your website (we can provide buyers with unwatermarked giant images of their purchases, so that is super easy to do with virtually NO work on your part).

Plus, remember that no matter how many of these you buy today, the U.S. shipping is just $12, even if you get 100 of them (actual cost anywhere else).

Are you forgiving of posters that are in much lesser condition (or are willing to get them restored)? This auction contains 131 one-sheets that are in "poor" or "fair" or "fair to good" condition (and another 245 in "good" condition), but many of them are ones we have rarely auctioned before, if ever (or ones that would sell for a LOT if they were in nice condition. There are some incredible values on these, so if you can accept a well worn poster that shows its age (or just love the idea of possibly getting a $100 poster for $5 because of its condition defects!), be sure to check these out.

Of course, this auction also contains 623 folded one-sheets in "good to very good", "very good", or "very good to fine" condition, and most of those are also currently well under where dealers would ask for these posters (and please remember that we grade FAR more harshly (and completely honestly) than anyone else! So why not start looking over these 999 folded one-sheets right now, because it takes a while to go through them all, and in just a few hours they will all be going, going, GONE!

A truly remarkable selection of 999 vintage single 8" x 10" stills
« Reply #1148 on: November 23, 2018, 07:54:55 AM »
eMoviePoster.com has a truly remarkable selection of 999 vintage single 8" x 10" stills (almost surely our very best selection ever!) ending SUNDAY AFTERNOON beginning at 3 PM CST (NOT at 7 PM like our Tuesday and Thursday auctions) at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html, and I am certain that everyone who likes movies will want to look over these auctions!

When you sort the auctions by the highest priced stills first, you will see dozens of iconic images from great films (or portraits of stars), the kind that almost NEVER comes up for auction (and you might well wonder why they aren't in a museum!). And the selection of incredible "cheesecake" photos of the sexiest actresses ever (like Marilyn Monroe, Liz Taylor, Audrey Hepburn, Raquel Welch, and many others) is truly amazing to behold!

But this auction also contains HUNDREDS of other ultra-rare and desirable vintage single 8" x 10" stills, covering all years, stars and genres! I could go on and on describing other great aspects of this amazing offering, but I would so much prefer you simply go to the above link and see them for yourself. IF YOU ARE ANY KIND OF SERIOUS STILL COLLECTOR, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A REAL HEADACHE IN DECIDING WHICH STILLS YOU MOST WANT TO BID ON, BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY WONDERFUL ONES!

Auctions like these don't come around every day and yet the current bid prices are mostly insanely low! Think I am exaggerating? As of right now, with two days to go, over HALF of these are at the opening bid of $1 (50 have no bid at all), and TWO THIRDS are just $1 to $4 each. Now they are sure to receive lots more bids, but these are true rarities that would look incredible on your wall (and they can be displayed in any inexpensive ready made frame), so please go to the above link soon and check these all out.

And remember that there are NO buyers premiums (especially the dreadful $19 minimum ones), so $1 is REALLY $1, and you pay just $8 U.S. shipping no matter how many of these great stills you get, even if you get 100 of them! We only charge the actual cost of shipping plus $3 for packaging materials if you live outside the U.S., and you can accumulate all you win in six weeks into as few packages as possible, which saves you a fortune on shipping.

Are you only interested (or mostly interested) in a specific star, genre, or decade? Don't forget to use our "Search Filters" which are located to the left of our auction galleries. For example, in the case of these auctions, they include 22 from Marilyn Monroe movies, and you can see just those 22 by clicking on the Search Filter that says "Marilyn Monroe" and then you will just see those 22, in our gallery format!

You can do the same thing for the 21 with Audrey Hepburn, the 21 Humphrey Bogart, 18 Alfred Hitchcock, 14 Boris Karloff, the 75 horror/sci-fi stills (including many unbelievable ones!), the 305 stills from the 1930s, and on and on!  Using these Search Filters well makes your time spent in our galleries FAR more productive, and once you get used to them, you won't know how you ever lived without them (and there is NO other auction site that has similar Search Filters that work like ours do!).

Finally, did you know that in this set of auctions we at eMoviePoster.com only sell original vintage stills that either came directly from theater owners (or closed down theaters), or from poster exchanges, or from longtime collectors who purchased directly from either of the above, and we give every buyer a LIFETIME guarantee that every still we sell is original (something no other major auction does)?

You should always be sure to only buy original theatrical stills like the 999 offered in these auctions (which have collectible value, and have continued to rise in value over the years) as opposed to reproductions, which have only decorative value (and never rise in price). Don't delay! Visit the above link soon, because it takes quite a while to look over 999 diverse stills, and you will have a lot of fun doing so, even if you are only "window shopping"!
