Why is Bruce posting this?  Is there some subliminal meaning attached to it?

Why so harsh to Bruce? it's a shame he doesn't feel comfortable posting here anymore.

Back in June 2015 he saved my bacon by flying out to DC one his best employees to round up/pack my last 500 posters when I couldn't do it myself.

That said, I still have no love for the EMP cartoons,ha-ha!

I simply dislike the  nono in place of all the hotlinked photos.

Yes, that was commendable of him to do that, as well as accept the mega consignment.  Most sellers would have probably simply offered you a paltry "but it now" cash money deal, instead of doing as eMovie did where you got a large percentage of the relatively high realized auction prices.

It's alive, it's alive! Part II of our June Major Auction is now live at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html

There truly IS "something for everyone" here. If you can't find a bunch of items to bid on, you might as well quit collecting!

Part II of eMoviePoster.com's June Major Auction closes Sunday at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html, beginning at 3 PM CST (NOT 7 PM like our Tuesday and Thursday auctions).

This Part II is in many ways a "major auction" all by itself! Why? Because this is a "best of the best" of our "regular" auctions, containing great backed and unbacked posters of EVERY kind (except for linen posters, some of which were in Part I and the rest will be in Part III).

In Part II, you'll find posters from just about every decade, ranging from an incredible 1920 window card for D.W. Griffith's Way Down East to a double-sided teaser for 2017's not-yet-released The Last Jedi!
You'll find movie paper of every size, ranging from three 24 sheets and a magic billboard poster down to 60 VERY choice lobby cards, with some of every size in-between!
You'll find LOTS and lots of ultra-rarities, including many items we have never auctioned before, like an unrestored one-sheet from The Scarlet Empress and two incredible Clara Bow window cards!
You'll find eight great Star Wars items (including the very rare large 1977 silk banner)
You'll find GREAT posters from the most loved titles, including The Wizard of Oz, Treasure of the Sierra Madre, Bullitt, Breakfast at Tiffany's and so many others!
You'll find FIFTY EIGHT excellent horror/sci-fi posters and lobby cards from titles like Bride of Frankenstein, Dracula, Devil Girl From Mars, The Thing (1951), King Kong (1933) and so many others!

Like Marilyn Monroe? You'll find ELEVEN great Marilyn Monroe posters, including one-sheets from The Seven Year Itch and Don't Bother To Knock!
Like Saul Bass? You'll find SEVEN great Saul Bass items, including the incredibly rare six-sheet from Man With the Golden Arm, and some impossible to find trade ads, complete in the original magazines!
Like Rita Hayworth? You'll find SIX great Rita Hayworth posters, including ultra rare window cards from Only Angels Have Wings and Gilda!
Like campaign books (studio yearbooks)? We have TWELVE of them in this auction, including several we have never auctioned before!
Like Polish, Hungarian, Italian posters or posters from more countries outside the U.S.? You'll find LOTS of them in this auction, ones that are "better" than what we include in our "regular" auctions!

The above is just a brief overview of the HUGE number of highly desirable items closing in two days, on Sunday. I could go on and on describing them, but I would so much rather you simply go to the above link and start viewing them for yourself! Please don't forget to take advantage of our great "search filters" (located to the left of our auction galleries), which lets you filter to a specific star, genre, decade, director, or just about anything you can think of. They make finding what you want in each set of auctions infinitely easier!

No matter what you collect, you are sure to find items of interest you would love to have in your collection (your biggest problem will likely be narrowing down a long list of items you want!). Yet, because there are so very many wonderful items, most are currently at low, low bid prices.

Yes, most will get lots more bids, but surely some won't, and there will be great buys made on rare and desirable items, but YOU can't get those if you aren't bidding, so why not go to http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html and start checking these out (because you will need some time, to avoid getting "sensory overload"!).

Remember that we have NO reserves or buyers premiums, honest condition grading, and unenhanced super-sized images of every item. Most important of all, we stand behind everything we auction, with NO "Buyer Beware" and a lifetime guarantee on all we auction, so you can bid and buy with confidence.

All of our 41,000+ past buyers from our 1,315,000+ completed auctions over the past 27 years (and over 70 million dollars in sales) KNOW that we always do exactly what we say we will, and if YOU have never bought from us before, then once you do, you too will know this to be true, whether you spend five dollars or five thousand dollars!
We (eMoviePoster.com) hold 2,500 to 4,000 auctions every four weeks.

This includes the lot numbers, so you can see the exact order in which they will be auctioned! Note that not only do we provide you with the exact condition grade that will be on the auction, but you can also click on any image and see the "super-sized" version, so that you can really know the exact condition of each item long in advance of the auction, so you can better prepare your bidding strategy.

I want everyone reading this to consider the 999 rolled (or formerly folded) 27x40 & 27x41 one-sheets eMoviePoster.com has at auction closing in HOURS at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/14.html. These are far from the most expensive posters we auction, and in fact, a goodly number of them will auction for between $1 and $5 each. But this is exactly WHY I want you to consider them (and look them over carefully before they close)!

That is because these one-sheets give you the most "bang for the buck" of ANY items we auction! You can amass a really fine collection of these for just a few thousand dollars, and you can get some really good ones to frame on your wall, and the posters will surely cost you less than the frames themselves will (and many will cost so little you can just tack or tape them to the walls, just as you did in your first apartment)!

And if you are a dealer, then there is free money waiting here. You can buy lots of these for just a few dollars each and then quickly "flip them" for a sizable quick profit, whether on eBay, or your website, or at a flea market or wherever. And we make it super easy and fast to do, because on request we will give you unwatermarked images of all you buy, and you can reuse our condition and film descriptions, and have these back online as your items in no time at all!

Think I am exaggerating about how low the current bid prices are with hours to go? 421 of these posters are at one dollar (85 have no bid at all, so a single $1 bid could win those), HALF are at $1, $2, or $3, and 621 are at $1 to $5, and lots of these absolutely WILL end up selling for these ridiculously low amounts of money!

In these days where just about everything you buy (from food to health insurance to homes) keeps getting more and more expensive, isn't it nice to know that there are still LOTS of $1 to $5 original vintage movie posters available on eMoviePoster.com?

What's more, buy all you want and only pay $12 U.S. shipping for all you get (even if you get 100!). Plus, we let you accumulate all the "rolled" items you buy in a three week period and still let you pay just one shipping charge (if they still fit in one tube, and you pay for them within the three weeks) and if you live outside the U.S. you pay the actual cost of getting the items to you, and you can accumulate all the "rolled" items you buy in a SIX week period and we will combine them into the fewest tubes possible!

And you can pay for your purchases entirely within our Checkout, which even works with "Pay and Hold" orders, which saves you a fortune on shipping! But you can't get the great deals and outright steals on these one-sheets if you aren't bidding, and it takes a while to go through 999 posters, so why not go to the above link now (or very soon) because in just a few hours these posters will be going, going, GONE!

Part I of eMoviePoster.com's December Major Auction is live now at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html, and you can now view the complete Part II Preview at http://www.emovieposter.com/online/previews/201712/partii/!

I guarantee you there is "something for EVERY collector" in this set of auctions, no matter what you collect, or how much money you have to spend. And EVERY item will REALLY have a new owner after the auctions end, because ALL the items really started at $1 with NO reserves (and none of the dreaded "buyers premiums").

Our December Major Auction contains well over 1,500 items from all of the world and from every decade, and many different sizes and is being run in four parts:

Part I (ends Sunday, December 10th at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html): 400 linenbacked posters of all types
Part II Preview at http://www.emovieposter.com/online/previews/201712/partii/ (begins Tuesday, December 5th): 456 oversized linen, plus all "rolled" posters
Part III (begins Thursday, December 7th): all items that ship in boxes or flat packages
Part IV (begins Sunday, December 10th): special Star Wars AND Walt Disney auction

We just added the Part II Preview gallery, which contains ALL of the 456 oversized linen, plus all "rolled" posters, including the lot numbers, so you can see the exact order in which they will be auctioned! Note that not only do we provide you with the exact condition grade that will be on the auction, but you can also click on any image and see the "super-sized" version, so that you can really know the exact condition of each item long in advance of the auction, so you can better prepare your bidding strategy.

IMPORTANT! This Part II contains incredible collections of Polish posters (85 of them, our best offering EVER) and an amazing group of super-scarce 42 German advertising posters of all kinds from 1902 to 1939), so you need to check those out, even if you THINK you don't collect those, but there are also amazing posters of every possible type, so you really want to go to this preview gallery now, a day before the auctions go "live", to give you extra time to see everything we are offering there!
We (eMoviePoster.com) hold 2,500 to 4,000 auctions every four weeks.

Far from it.  I'm missing 51 Star Wars posters from the original trilogy.  23 US and 28 Foreign posters.  If you have one of them, I'll be happy.

I imagine that all of you reading this like to make great buys on vintage movie posters just as much as the next fellow, and if so, then our current 999 large French & Italian posters, window cards, records, and lots of cool assorted items , which closes in HOURS at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/13.html is a set of auctions you REALLY want to check out soon because there are lots of them where the current bid prices are shockingly low!

How low is shockingly low? With just a few hours left until they close (as of this writing), 417 of these are still at just $1 (100 have no bid at all, so a single $1 bid might take those!) and over HALF are at just $1 to $4 (and the half that are over just $4 are mostly WAY under where the same or similar items have sold for in the past).

And as always, there are NO buyers premiums ($19 minimum or otherwise, so "$1" is really $1) and you pay only the actual cost of shipping plus $3 for packaging materials, and U.S. customers can have all you get over a three week period sent in as few packages as possible (six weeks for non-U.S.), which really saves on shipping!

In addition to the many bargains, this set of auctions also contains a LOT of great examples of each of these sizes, including some super rarities that could have been in our December Major Auction, which just started elsewhere! You will need some time to look over this massive and diverse selection, so please start doing so soon, because many of these WILL sell for low prices (because every item REALLY started at $1 with no reserve), and if there are going to be great deals and "steals", then shouldn't you be doing your best to get some of them?

And don't forget to use our Search Filters (along the left side of our auction galleries) to let you solely look at the types of items you are most interested in. So you can easily solely look at the 196 window cards (which includes many ultra-rare early 1930s titles), the 150 Italian one-panel posters, the 52 Italian two-panel posters, or the 299 French posters! And you can also use our Search Filters to just look at the 72 posters from the 1930s, or the 128 horror/sci-fi posters, or the 25 James Bond posters or the23 Walt Disney posters or whatever!

No other auction has Search Filters that work anything like ours, and they are so helpful in searching that once you get used to using them you won't know how you ever looked at our auctions without using them! But please, if you can't look at all these items right now, then don't put off visiting the above link for too long, because it takes a while to look over 999 auctions, and once they start to close TODAY at 7PM CST these will all be going, going, GONE!
We (eMoviePoster.com) hold 2,500 to 4,000 auctions every four weeks.
We have auctioned more movie paper for more money (in real sales) than any auction in the world.

Go right now to see the complete preview of Part III of our December Major Auction at http://www.emovieposter.com/online/previews/201712/partiii/!

You likely have rightfully thought that the first two parts were jampacked with incredible rarities, but wait until you look over the Part III items at the above link!

Like folded one-sheets? If you have not yet looked at our current auctions of 999 folded one-sheets closing VERY soon at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/14.html, please do so!

You might ask yourself "Why are FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY of them still at just $1 to $4 with hours to go?" But a far BETTER question to ask yourself is "Why am I not bidding on these super-low priced posters, which include many rarities from all years and genres?"!

We don't know WHY so many of these posters are at below wholesale prices, but we DO know that many of these prices are SO low that they seem insanely low! You might get the impression from reading the above that these auctions mostly consist of "low end" one-sheets, BUT NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!  There are LOTS of "better" titles, and most of those are under (or far under) where the same titles have sold for in the past!

And remember that when we say "$1", we really mean "$1" and NOT "$1, plus $19 buyers premium" found on another auction site. At these prices you could buy a bunch and have the start of a collection, or you could slap them on eBay at $9.99 each and make a bundle, or you could sell them from your website (we can provide buyers with unwatermarked giant images of their purchases, so that is super easy to do with virtually NO work on your part). So why not go to the above link right now and start "stealing" some fun movie posters?

Plus, remember that no matter how many of these you buy today, the U.S. shipping is just $12, even if you get 100 of them (actual cost anywhere else). And using our unique "Pay and Hold" system, you can get all you want over a three week period (six weeks outside the U.S.) and you pay just $12 U.S. shipping for everything as long as it fits in one package safely.

And you can pay for your purchases entirely within our "Checkout 2.0", which even works with "Pay and Hold" orders, which saves you a fortune on shipping! So why not start looking over these 999 folded one-sheets right now, because it takes a while to go through them all, and in just a few hours they will all be going, going, GONE!!

I am Bruce Hershenson and I own the auction company eMoviePoster.com, and I DON'T want to tell you about the 1,154 items in Parts I, II and III of our December Major Auction, which, from now until Sunday at 3 PM CST (when Part I starts to close) can be viewed in a single gallery at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/all.html!

I am NOT going to tell you about the massive selection of extreme rarities, many of which we have never auctioned before!
I am NOT going to tell you that if you collect ANY kind of movie paper (or NON-movie posters as well) you are sure to find items of interest!
I am NOT going to tell you that we don't have any reserves or buyers premiums, honest condition grading, and unenhanced super-sized images!
I am NOT going to tell you about the insanely wonderful offerings of Polish and German posters in this auction (or that you likely will never see a better selection of either!
I am NOT going to tell you that this is the absolute finest overall selection of posters and related items we have ever offered, and that people will be talking about this auction for many years to come!

Why? Because I want you to go to the above link and view all these items for yourself, because seeing the items (and their current bid prices) will sell them far better than anything I can write here!

AN IMPORTANT WARNING! Seeing so much wonderful movie paper together at one time may give you the completely false impression that such items are somewhat "commonplace" and regularly come to auction, when actually the exact opposite is the case! This auction contains the heart of several amazing collections built up over decades, and you absolutely WON'T see an offering like this again for quite some time, if ever!

But please remember that there will surely be bidding right to the very end on many items, and that we have "time extended" bidding where 5 minutes must go by without a bid for an auction to end, so you can NEVER have an item "snatched away" from you in the final seconds, as happens so often on eBay and some other auction sites.

Each December, my company, eMoviePoster.com, has a major movie paper auction that is our best of the year. The selection in THIS December Major Auction is SO excellent that some will wonder if there are not just TOO MANY great items, and that this will result in low final selling prices on some, and super-low prices on others.

This may well happen, but YOU can't get those "deals" and "steals" if you aren't bidding, so why not go to the above link now and check them out, even if you think you are not a "collector", because the great selection and current low bid prices may convert you!

Unlike EVERY other major auction, we have NO buyers premiums at all, and we only charge you the actual cost of shipping, and we combine as many purchases into one package as can be safely done, which saves you lots of money.

And remember that we COMPLETELY take the "buyer beware" out of our auctions. When you buy from any other major auction, you are "gambling" (on the condition, on the image being accurate, on the items being well packed, etc, etc). But in OUR auctions, you not only KNOW for sure that what we write is 100% accurate, but you also know we give a LIFETIME GUARANTEE as to authenticity on what we sell, something NO other major auction does!

P.S. You don't have to have EVER bought a vintage movie poster to consider buying one of these! Any one of these would make a great holiday gift for your friends and relatives, because EVERYONE has a favorite movie or star, and so many of these are so extremely affordable!

Part I of our December Major Auction ends in hours at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html (starting at 3 PM CST, NOT 7 PM, like our Tuesday and Thursday auctions)! It contains 400 linenbacked posters of all types (that ship in standard tubes).

I just  looked these over, and I saw how extremely low the prices are on many of them (of course, there are also many in the high hundreds and thousands of dollars as well, because this auction is also crammed with great rarities that will deservedly sell for high amounts, but right now I am focusing on the low priced ones!).

DO YOU LIKE TO GET REALLY GREAT "DEALS"? Then you will surely want to closely look over these 400 linenbacked posters, because currently, with just a few HOURS left until these start to close, there are an astonishing SEVENTY ONE linenbacked posters that are under just $50 each and ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE under just $100 each! Not only is this well under the cost of linenbacking alone in most cases, but in many cases the current bid price is often a tiny fraction of the cost of linenbacking alone!

You may NEVER find deals better than on several of these linenbacked posters closing very soon! Remember that we have NO reserves or buyers premiums (so EVERY poster will really have a new owner when each auction ends, at exactly the final bid price, plus the actual cost of shipping), and we also have honest condition grading, and unenhanced super-sized images of every item (especially important when you are buying items that have been restored, and must trust the honesty of the auction house).

That is why it is SO important that not only DON'T we have "Buyer Beware" (which every other auction house falls back on, which means YOU are stuck when THEY make a mistake, intentional or accidentally), but what we DO have is that we stand behind everything we auction, with a lifetime guarantee on all we auction (something NO other auction offers), so you can bid and buy with confidence.

All of our 44,000+ past buyers from our 1,382,000+ completed auctions over the past 27 years (and over 75 million dollars in sales) KNOW that we always do exactly what we say we will, whether you spend five dollars or five thousand dollars!

Please go to the above link right away and I think you will find the current bid prices on these linenbacked posters of every kind irresistible. There are almost surely going to be great buys made, but YOU can't get them if you aren't bidding! Best of luck to those of you who bid on these Part I items closing in a few hours.
