Interesting that this advance US OS was advertised as a Never released poster, when emp has auctioned other copies and movieposter.com has it for sale, right now. Let's hope that bidder who paid $3750.00 for that copy doesnt find out. 

Tho that winning bidder could probably get his money back, since the poster was grossly mis-described. And I would think Sothebys would also let that winning bidder know, too.

Wow someone got bent over on some bad info there, that poster was definitely released for theaters.

I sent an email to Sothebys, along with some links, showing this poster had been printed, used in theaters & auctioned before as well as being available to buy for 59.99 from movieposter.com.

I received a reply back, saying that the info was noted and that they would look into this error and sale.

Nothing like that winning bidder paying about 50X+ what that poster can be bought for, let alone thinking it was something uber rare.
