It's legit. Just the smaller sized, video release poster.  thumbsup.gif

emp sold only one, folded copy - back in 2009, for $38.00:

Empire Quad $4200
https://www.ebay.com/itm/163784937421?ViewItem=&nordt=true&orig_cvip=true&item=163784937421

These don't come around too often. I wonder if this one will go into somebody's collection or transfer to Heritage or eMovie in the near future.
Quite a bit more than my bid, but Heritage sold one of these a while back for around this price.

Ha!  Had I seen it, I would have bought it and it would have been in a collection.  Too bad.

Yup - this sale appears to have been quite the success.

Many of the posters came from this chap - RIP.

Another sale that I missed.  I'm wondering how many people take a break from collecting, especially when traveling.  It's quite nice to step away from time to time.

I mentioned it here - back in very early July.

These things are advertised way up front so, for my part, it is relatively easy to know when one can take a break (if such a thing is needed) or when one Has to be present.

In the interests of full disclosure, I don't have kids, my job is laptop based which means checking this stuff is a two-minute job during a working day, and mine is a Life not over burdened with responsibilities.

There are some threads that I never read, so I'm the only one to blame.  It's not the first time that I complain about not being aware of a sale, and its generally because of laziness and/or lack of attention.  I admire how some of you guys can stay on top of the market and know so much.

A beautiful French 1p for Jungle Jim in the Forbidden Land went for $450 in the emovieposter auction today.  This is amazing artwork and I was pleasantly surprised to see it.  Congratulations to the high bidder! Okie

I thought the Rick Dalton wildings would go high as they're pretty fun and not very common, but that is surprising about the photo posters, they're the same design as the one sheets.

Hi Tob and Redman, Wow, emovieposter bidders went "wild"!  My mind is blown regularly by results like these for recent posters.  A very happy consignor, I bet!  Okie

$2,800 and $1,949.  Single sided wildings, not even double sided bus shelters.  There are no words for it (well, actually, there are, but I'll refrain from using them).  I bought my bus shelters for $20/piece.

I saw those this morning before coming here, and wondered whether they would already have been commented upon.

Grief!

I wonder if the sale will actually go through, or if the buyer will read somewhere that he's an idiot.
