When you mentioned your collection is "probably small compared to the big collectors out there" I thought you were joking, as I thought you're a completist with prints and collecting most to all of the them haha.  I looked at ExpressoBeans and didn't realize how many prints there are.  :o  It's pretty amazing how many there are, and of course the fact that some of each are printed in the hundreds.  In some of the awards at ExpressoBeans, a few of your recent acquisitions ranked high, and some of the others seemed to be among the popular stuff there.

I rarely go to Expressobeans (if ever) and I do not engage on social media with print collectors.  They are sometimes a little too intense for me and it seems that every comment is about the value of such or such item.  I do not collect for value, so it does not interest me.  I buy what I like and stay clear if I don't.  It's as simple as that.  But if what you say is true, then I must have good taste  ;D

Yeah the print world is interesting.  Maybe it's like Bitcoin or something similar, with people checking the price all the time to see if they should buy or sell.

That's all people seem to care about, the value of things, not the art or anything about collecting, but how much money can I make out of this one?  It gets old very quickly.

Yeah that is sad.

Not caring about value has certainly helped me acquire many more posters over this past year due to them either having a decent amount of border and fold wear, occasional stains, pinholes, etc. and/or them just not being valuable rare collector's items.  But as long as (1) it has artwork and (2) I can see the artwork I am more than okay with a fair amount of wear and tear at the periphery and could care less how little others want to collect it.

Agreed on Labyrinth by far one of the best in the last year.  Kwow stuff has been fantastic as well. Trying to slow down, art/print fees are getting too high. When I started buying these Mondo's were $25 - $45 a print, now its like almost 200.00. Too many posters can be bought for the cost of one print.

A late entry.  I only got this one recently, but it belongs to my 2024 favs list.  It's all personal, of course, but I think it's cool.
