WoW

I love this poster. AND IT IS SUCH A GREAT DESCRIPTION OF A ''LADY'' hehehehe

I want one. Pronto.  :-*

Both these posters were in the Charles A. Dyas collection (assembled by a theater owner between 1919 and 1932) that I auctioned at Christie's in 1990 and 1991. Both were obtained when he showed the movie at his theater) and both were in incredible condition. I have never seen another example of either poster, and I don't think either has re-surfaced since those sales, but I could be wrong on both accounts.

Heard of another one of these anywhere Bruce?
I keep hoping that your buyer will give it back to you to auction again one day.

More of Mr. Keaton...

This thread is such a joy. Seriously considering printing it all and make a book out of it.

I will sell my soul for that Keaton poster (offer for a limited period only) ;)

A 1937RR 3sh for the 1931 film, Indiscreet, with Gloria Swanson.

The top portion of this copy looks like it might be a bit faded(?), but it's still beautious to me. bed1

Just got this at Cinevent, a long time holy grail.  Image is from Bruce, as I haven't had the chance to photo mine yet.

I don't think my copy has ever been on fleaBay.  The gent I bought it from doesn't go that route.

Okay, Chris.  No more awesomeness if you'll stop flooring me with you noir daybills   ;)
