Have no fear, Mike.
I'm sure there will be another (and better) Day the Earth Stood Still print out before long.
These artists and printmakers keep re-visiting the same 50-100 genre titles ad infintum/ad nauseum.

I'd love to see this stepchild of the movie poster hobby pay homage to some of the more obscure titles, but I'm sure we'll see another 10 or so more tedious versions of Forbidden Planet and The Thing before that.
 cheers

A couple of reveals for Comic Con. I really like both of these, very nice work.

Jaws by Nico Delort

Crimson Peak (new Del Toro film) by Daniel Danger

I hate these on site exclusive, good for the travellers I guess, but you either have to bite the bullet and over pay or go without.

Don't they normally sell some of these at the Con and then later release them like a traditional Mondo drop?
I thought we saw that in previous years.

Well, Jaws is sold out at the booth.

The other 3 from today are still available, but the line is crazy.

I only got Jaws.  No interest in Aliens, TNMT and Heman.

Crimson Peak is rather fascinating. The detailing, particularly the lighting looks beautiful.Did any of you get this one?

Some pretty cool stuff today at SDCC.

I passed on the Ansin.  I was one of his early fans, but he's lost me.

Just got it.  I think I'm done for the day.  Nothing else interests me.

My fav of Comic Con is Godzilla, even though I couldn't care less about the title.  I think it's stunning in person.

My buddy bought $6k worth of toys and is not even done yet.  Still in line for more.  Our car is full.  So glad I'm not into toys :)

Very cool, T. Liking that EFNY.

Question for you - do you know if there was an actual print/poster for The Iron Giant at the Con?

Those are supposed to be Saturday.

The regs were sold at SDCC but they sold the variants online today too. Got one on my phone traveling on interstate 95. Not bad.

No, not feeling it.  Not a fan of that guy, Tong, and not a fan of what I've seen of Ant Man, so far.  Maybe it'll turn out to be another Guardians, but I'm not holding my breath on that one.

No Iron Giant that I have seen.  But it is a huge place, so who knows.  Haven't seen anyone with it either.
