too comic book for me, which would be ok for fearless vampire killers perhaps, but not Nosferatu.

Agree. Another reason why this entree by Nicholas Delort is downright stunning:

EDIT - Oops, thought this was the Non-Mondo thread! Sorry if a bit off topic, was connected to Wonka's post...

Nicolas Delort's follow up Herzog print for Aguirre is available here if anyone is interested:

It goes well with the first one.  I still own a few copies of that one which I intended to use for trading but never got around to.

1st row from the bottom, right corner, gremlin looks like Angelina Jolie
2nd row from the bottom, the middle gremlin looks kind of cute, like Yoda, Star Wars

Congrats T

Congrats, T.
I passed on those as they just seem too busy for my taste. Though I will admit, I do like the original. I think the landscape format works well for it.

I wish the artist had added a few more of the little critters. They feel a bit empty.  GoOn.gif

Nice pick ups there, T.

I like busy when it's well done.  Tyler is a master at that.

The Breakfast Club by Matt Taylor.
Thoughts? I've provided thinking music.

I kinda like it, but it's too small.

Not the first scene I think of when I think TBC, but as soon as I saw it I heard the music. That's one of the things that draws me to a poster or print - its ability to elicit memorable scenes and their emotion.

Agreed on the size. :(

I'd like the design if it were for a different film.  Really doesn't fit the film at all.  Neither does the color scheme...

Nice photos, thanks. Dominique has built up a pretty great collection! Must be nice to see all those displayed together like that. I'll have to take a look when I'm next in Paris. I wonder how sales are?

Haha.  I recently sold him that Star Trek: First Contact from eBay.  Looks a lot better up on the wall than sitting in my flat file.  I hope the show does well for him.
