Hi all, if a locandina has no printer ID or registration info does it make it an obvious fake/unofficial print? Has anyone ever come across an example of a movie poster where, for some genuine reason, be it printers error or whatever, this has been the case?
Of the few images I’ve been able to find so far of the Carry On Cleo locandina, this info is always missing, even on the obviously “used” ones with snipes and tax stamps. It’s not exactly a rare or expensive poster to come by and the print quality/colours/fonts/art don’t set any particular alarm bells ringing… apart from the lack of printer info. I’ve attached an example pic below and would be interested in any thoughts/info on this.
