Yeah, and I'm on a skiing holiday so the timings in every which way are not playing my way.

When do the live auctions begin, UK time?  I can never suss them out?  Are they generally midnight-ish?

They were all collections of Bond press stills.

One batch I got, another went for an incredible sum of $1600 ($1000 over my bid),and another I missed on because the ski chalet WiFi died and left me high and dry...

Hope you had success if you were bidding.

I finally made it to LACMA to see this exhibit, one day after work, this week. Though i was only able to spend about an hour, this material gathered and put on display.. from posters, to drawing, photos and models, was simply out of this world.

Looks like a great exhibition. Interesting  they picked  M from the 30s  rather than a poster from any of the 20s.. given the title or theme..but fab poster  and fab cinema thumbsup.gif

That Star Wars is super cool... but if it's an original painting why would it have credits?

The original painting (and the verso) are the smaller images above the poster image and it has no credits. Look again.

The one with credits was probably a sample OS run off to see how it all worked.
