I paid $200 for it from InterCardsRL including shipping from Italy, much less than a better copy sold at Heritage for $900.)

Looks great Mel! I thought I've read that Intercard was out of bussiness, but it seems not.
I always wanted to get some stuff from them... Was the poster well packed? How was turnaround time? Did you wrote them in english?

In the end, it certainly looks fantastic in the 1P frame!

One of the best designs for this classic film.
Looks smashing!

Thank you.
I had wanted it for years, but the prices were ridiculous.
I bought it from APF member Empire Posters (Sam), who hasn't been back here in a year.
He had a lot of Italian horror for sale.  Anyone buy from him lately?

I think this beats out both the US and Aussie versions, in a big way:

I can't believe there are still Kinski posters I don't own.

Too bad it's not her on the poster.

An Italian WIZ OZ OZ poster with artwork that, IMO, is just leaps and bounds above many others. The images of Garland and Morgan are spot-on:

The French that this is based on is reported to have cost more for the art than the films budget.
Not so popular amongst many, but I love Jean Rollin films, they are slow and beautiful, mad ooze atmosphere. He was working up to the day he died.

Was Druillet that expensive?
Personally, I prefer the Italian.

Really... I'm not really fond of the French art at all.  The Italian version is much more detailed and polished.

I've tried to watch a couple Rollin films, just can't get into them.  Definitely great cinematography but a little too slow paced for my tastes.

No, but the films were very cheap. Perhaps exaggerated but he did spend a lot on art compared to the very tight budget of the films themselves.
