@Paul: That Cat People looks really glossy, what is the release date of that?

It's a 52 RR. No first release Quads exist, Wim..

Yes, it had a RKO 1942 release, but no posters have surfaced to date, so I went for best option till one does...

It's also amazing how many Horror films from those war years were held back till the war was over.. Isle of the Dead for example didn't get a UK release until 1955.

^Zazie dans le Métro, an early sixties French film. The poster is late sixties which maybe explains its trippyness. The film itself owes more to amphetemines ;D. Its a great film but there is no let up. An exhausting watch

Well, ZAZIE looks dazzling---at least the poster. I'm surprised Monsieur T hasn't commented on it yet. Ooh la la!

Ves: I can see and feel the tension in your Of Human Bondage poster.  A fantastic design for the long vertical format.

Paul: I sometimes almost forget Yvonne De Carlo is also Lily Munster.  She certainly had some versatility.  Fun posters!

Redman:  Wish our small town would have had the TCM Bettty Davis Tour and poster!

Crazy Vick: French Canadian movie posters! You taught me something there, my friend.

Okie

If you define your collecting year by finding posters with great art, you did fantastic, Chris!  How can Ray Milland look that beautiful?! Pretty darn cool.  Okie
