Sorry this is a duplicate of one in the James Bond thread, but as I have never started one of these, I beg your indulgence.

Very good, especially the E.T. I’d love one of those one day.  bed1

Nice.  This is exactly what modern posters should look like.  Mint.

Well, it's been acquired.

And since it is already represented in the James Bond thread, may as well stick it here as a September event.

I somewhat collect Bond and I’d like to get the new stuff, but man, I’m having a hard time pulling the trigger on this one.  It’s not the price, although $10 would be too much.  Tough one!!!

Too many people have to approve the design.  That is why all the prints that the studios are involved with in the alternative poster scene are so bad.  Cant use likeness of actors, actors name has to be a certain font size, have to be a certain percentage of the art area. Its ridiculous the stuff these people worry about.

Haven't seen that Halloween quad before, must be quite rare so congratulations.

I recently won some posters that I've been chasing for quite some time, some I only suspected existed until I found them. With the help of a very kind board member I've now managed to add them to my collection.

This one I've been after for many years. I always seemed to be a few seconds too late in spotting it before it was sold. Holiday had a copy and I pestered him if he ever sold it to let me know. That didn't happen and I missed it when it was consigned to emovie. Happily this was the first one I got in my recent haul,

I decided to keep an eye on the seller because he had some good stuff. I ended up getting the next 2 which I had never seen as B1s or B2s before. The photos made them appear to be in bad shape but after looking closely I realised it was a fault on the lens that made them seem to have scratches. They're actually in quite good shape,

I also got these 2. I already had the Circus style but only as a B2 so it was nice to find a B1. I already had the other one but was unsure if my original copy was original so I got this to check. They both seem fine.

So it's been along time coming but I'm glad to have them all (I think) now. I tried to talk to my wife about them but she said I had her confused with someone who cared about this stuff, so thought I would share here instead!?!

LOL, my wife is exactly the same! She sometimes manages an eyebrow raise, but that's about as far as her poster enthusiasm goes!

It's always nice to see a collector fill holes, especially when the hunt has been a long one. Congrats! I really like that set. Are you done with Big Fish now?

Thanks Tob! I think I'm done for Japanese Big Fish posters now, but you never know what might pop up. All part of the fun I guess.  :)

I have one of these as well. Not a lot to say to about it really, released for the 40th anniversary screening in the UK. I went to the screening of it at my city centre cinema and came away with the poster. I think it was 2018.
