I tried searching these forums for this answer but didn't see anything obvious so please point me to a previous discussion if there is one.
Several well done bootlegs such as the Star Wars Teaser B are missing the GAU logo but are otherwise so perfect it's assumed the original printing plates were used. This implies the GAU logo wasn't on the plate. So how was the GAU logo applied to the poster? Does anyone know?
