July 2019
« on: July 12, 2019, 10:19:53 PM »
Wandered into the small second-hand shop again at lunchtime and came across this framed and double matted poster, for the 2013 Xbox One game, DEAD RISING 3. This is the official art that was created for the release/game. Havent tracked down the name of the artist, yet.

The poster measures approx 34 x 22 inches (the borders are under the mat, so I cant get an exact measurement) and the overall frame size is 39.75 x 27.25 inches. This was pro-framed by someone, as it's not just in the frame with a cardboard backing and spring clips.

The zombie imagery is very cool and that someone took the time to have it framed and double matted this way, made it a no brainer.

Do you think it may have been framed to use on a television series or movie set, Jeff?  Okie

Im assuming that the previous owner just decided to have it framed by a framing shop rather than doing it themselves.
