Should I go for option #2 , I mean this poster doesnt exactly grow on trees , it would still be very nice to own in any capacity even if not fully authentic ?

Unless it is in terrible condition I probably wouldn't have much restoration done. The paper and print quality on that poster isn't great to begin with.
