Hi Harry,  Looks like the printer's crop marks are missing, too. Fold lines look too soft to me.  Could we say too much and end up helping these reprinters make a better monster?!  Would this be a copyright violation contender as well?

It's listed as new and as I suspected it is 27 x 40 not 27 x 41.

"New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item"

I had my doubts that the poster really was full-sized and the seller confirmed it was closer to 27 x 40.

I agree someone is going to be taken for a ride.

Helmut alerted the media about this same seller and his other repros that he's selling too. Seems the seller doesnt care that he's been called out on his stuff, because he knows that buyers can return stuff, if not happy, or discover the poster they bought is a fake.

This French guy is frequently trying to pass of reprints as original US Onesheets. Among others, he currently has a reprint of the R66 Onesheet for NORTH BY NORTHWEST:

I sent him a message about this, and his is fully aware that he‘s selling fakes, but couldn‘t care less, claiming he has ‚return policy‘.

A really BAD repro for ESCAPE FROM NY that this same seller is peddling and wants 60 bucks for! UGH!

Gotta love how in his descrip for this poster, he says, "Good quality printing."

I wrote the seller about the above poster, telling him it was a BAD repro, and also sent him an image of a legit OS, and told him to compare the images himself, if he didnt want to believe me.

He wrote back, and said he would delete or amend the listing. I just checked, and the ESC. FROM NY poster listing has been ended, due to "an error in the listing."

every poster that guy has listed is total garbage. any experienced collector can see from the images that they are trash and the prices should be another warning
