One of my Dutch posters “ Jeugd en het Rijk - Bijeenkomst der Germaansche SS in Nederland met
De Reichsschule Valkenburg - Feldmeyer spreekt - 18 juni 1944.

Not a recruitment poster per se, rather a poster for a gathering of the Germaansche SS - Nederland (Germanic SS Netherlands)
and De Reichsschule Valkenburg to hear Henk Feldmeijer (Dutch SS Leader) at a speaking event.

A nice poster that is seldom encountered.

Yes your right. It was a too learn the Dutch NSB children about the third Reich, and more about Himmlers SS. Feldmeyer was the frontman of the Dutch SS.

Thanks again. So at that size, would this have been more like a handbill that would have been passed out to people? Or put up on walls, or windows, too?

I think it was a leaflet. Van Rappard was a leader from a pro-german group”NNSAP”. This group was Forbidden by the Germans only the NSB was aloud. Van Rappard switch later on the the war too the SS.
