Battlefield Potemkin
« on: June 16, 2018, 02:20:48 PM »
Hello to all the members of the forum.
I found this poster "The battleship Potemkin" is from Argentina and the year I've been looking at 1957, but I have no idea what value it may have since I have not found that it has sold or auctioned off any.
I hope you help me.

How do you know it's from 1957?

The year I researched and found an Argentine poster that was auctioned in ha.com that had the same company that printed it left the link and enlarged the photos of my poster so you can see it.

Here is a poster also done by F. Springer y Cia (Fotocromia) from 1974, according to the seller, so it will be interesting to try and pinpoint what year exactly your RR is from.

This particular movie, tho, was released in 1968.

I do not know, but the copy of ha.com, if you enlarge the image and see it in detail, is the same as my copy. I understand that those of HA.COM have the knowledge to determine the date and in principle they determined that this copy was from 1957, but surely in this life there is nothing and they can be wrong.

Not totally sure what you mean, but I was just showing that other poster to let you know that the printing company was still making movie posters into the 1970s and the same, company info was on those later posters, too. :)
