more topics/messages per page

Given the number of pinned topics in the movie poster section, I upped the number of topics per page of display (from 20 to 30), and I've upped the amount of messages within a topic to 25, and to 35 and 45 for hot and very hot topics, respectively. If anyone finds that this is bogging down their load times too much, send me a pm so that I can tweak the settings a bit.
