This current auctioneer keeps it moving.

That other woman..the one who has an accent that wavers between a US & UK accent, drags her feet and is allowing bidders who are unsure, WAY too much time to ponder and decide if they want to up their bid or not.

Seems weird, imho, that this auctioneer is announcing when her colleague, who is bidding on someone else's behalf, "is out of money." She's done this a number of times today.
 
What's up with that? It's like tipping another bidder's hand.

What the auctioneer is saying by he is out of money is that the house proxy bids, those placed online, are expended, meaning there is no more money on the books. The guy she is indicating watches and announces the bids placed in proxy, when opposing bids are placed. When she says he is out of money, she means that from that point on the winner will be an HA/Live bid, a phone bid, or an audience bid.

Yup, I got that too.

I thought it was fairly usual for the auctioneer to say, 'I'm out' when s/he had a bunch of proxies in front of them.
