Actor John Gavin, of Psycho fame and many other films, passed away on February 9, 2018 at the age of 86.

May he rest in peace.

The man who in fact had been signed, and all set to star in Diamonds are Forever but, as Sean Connery came back, did not eventually fulfil the contract but WAS fully paid off.

As gigs go, quite lucrative, if not indeed fulfilling.

He sure had the Bond "look." Would have been interesting to see his take on the character.
