So I decided to watch Rocky for the umpteenth time Friday night and it got me reminisce...
Whether they were good fun, campy, or just bad, I grew up watching movies in the 80's. And at the time, for me, it seemed like every other movie used the music montage, (All the Rocky's, Karate Kid, Footloose, etc.).
But with Rocky being from the mid 70's, I just asked myself- Is Rocky the first movie to actually incorporate the music-montage?
