Houdini One Sheet-One of a kind?

Hi All,
Has anyone ever seen this Houdini one sheet? At first I thought it was a rerelease but it is advertising Houdini movie magic tricks.
It is a vintage folded one sheet I picked up with a batch of 1940s and 1950s one sheets and LCs.
No NSS info or stamp on backside.
I paid more than I had planned and I hope I made the right choice!

Never seen one before (full disclosure: haven't been looking) but it's definitely original release.

Pretty cool with a neat magic crossover.

should be pictured in the pressbook as a tie-in item, probably for a five-and-dime store
