Japanese eBay seller

Has anyone on here had any dealings with a Japan based poster seller on eBay called "sunshine19h"? Is their material original, do you think?

The Terminator 2 B2 that he has (the one with the black and white photo of Arnie surrounded by smoke and with the orange text) has been on my want list for a while... Not cheap but not outrageous either.
