Heritage sig auction shipping

Curious, anyone else here still waiting to hear that their buys from the last signature auction have shipped? Was hoping to have mine by Christmas but as we pass the 30 day mark I still have not even seen notice that it has been shipped yet. Have not bought from their sig's in a couple of years so not sure what their normal turn around is.

Yes I did reach out to them over the weekend, no response to the email just yet.

I received my Heritage shipment about 2 weeks ago.

They've been sending emails telling me that they wanted to ship my items (3-4 months worth) and would start charging consignment fees.  I told them to ship everything last week and got an email 2 days later that my items were en route.

Sounds like I need to be a bigger pain then. I will try reaching out one more time and then if I don't here anything I will dispute the transaction.

Because this has been bugging me along with the lack of email response I called.

Turns out that somehow my zip code in my profile got replaced with my username in their system and that the order was billed and paid but shipping was held off as a result. An email was supposed to go out stating there was a problem because the shipping and billing addresses were different which never came through on this end. Needless to say after the call it will supposedly be shipped and I will get an email stating the same. Based on the call all I can assume is that if I never reached out I would have been SOL with it sitting there forever.

So much for framing and putting it up before Christmas.

Funny, it seems like we have the opposite problem.  I think they ship too fast, I wouldn’t mind if they were holding my stuff longer.
