"Coming Soon" Jaws Subway Poster

Hello everyone!

I unfortunately need to sell my favorite poster- a "Coming Soon" Jaws Subway poster, (linen backed). It's a beautiful, rare poster that needs a new home.

Giving it some thought, ​(​right or wrong​)​, here's my thought process:
The two most recent sales of the Jaws Subway Posters came from Heritage the other month, (emovieposter hasn't sold a Subway in a few years). The first subway poster was completely ​blank and sold for $1,800, and the other is specific to specific theaters in NY and sold for $3,100. Now taking into consideration the rarity of this "Coming Soon" poster, but also taking into consideration the additional 19.5% hammer price of those prices I mentioned above, I'm thinking $1,950 is a fair a deal.

The subway posters from Heritage and mine have all been linen backed. Dan Miles (Backing To The Future) did an excellent job of backing my posters and I highly recommend him.

Again, $1,950 seems fair to me, (that includes shipping). However, I am definitely open to hearing any reasonable offers. I need to sell.

I know it's a rarer piece, and, like Rich said, and you should consider..HA's final price is what the winning bidders knew they'd have to pay on top of the hammer price.

For sure... the $1950.00 price tag sounds like a good "bottom line" number to me, too.

Looks like Dan Miles did a great job on the backing, too.
