Hello All,

Glad to be aboard. I am based in New Zealand and have collected the odd print and knick knack here and there as well as a movie poster or two. However I just discovered Emovie poster. So many great movies and great artwork. I am really enjoying learning about this hobby.

I do have one question. I purchased a Neverending story poster two years ago from ebay for 27 US dollars. This is  the one movie poster I really really wanted as it had lots of personal meaning for me. It arrived flatpacked .

Can somone please take a look at the two photos on my photobucket and tell me if they think it is legit.  I would like to frame it but would like to hear some words of wisdom from someone who is not a novice like myself. I emailed the seller last week and he told me it is orginal and he picked it up  from a friend who worked in the cinema industry back in the 1980s. I do not doubt him but beacuse this is the one poster I really wanted I would like some one else to take a look.

What are the measurements of your poster? Is it 27x41 inches?

Looks legit and it sounds like you already did a compare to these other copies that have been auctioned over the years?

Thanks for the quick response! It is much appreciated.

 The size is standard 27x41 and the line markings and price match up with what I saw on past auctions.  The seller got back to me within an hour after I emailed him ,which I thought was decent as it had been two years.

I shall get it framed. It was the first live action movie I ever saw so it holds a special place in my heart , plus the artwork is fantastic so that worked out well.

Hi Lido,
Welcome and I hope to see more of you.  I am going to suggest you look over the threads on framing on this forum.  There are lots of issues you should be aware of.
