Thanks Jeff! It's been such a massive help I can't begin tell you. notworthy.gif

Next handful of purchases gets a free poster. What they'll be, I won't say. I can't promise they won't be Pretty Woman one-sheets, but do you really want to risk it?

--

Man of Two Worlds 1943 Window Card, unfolded
In decent condition. The top blank area has been trimmed and there's paper loss in the top two corners. There's edge wear along the edges, a small tear the the bottom left side and a crease in the right.

Invisible Stripes 1940, Swedish, unfolded
Excellent. Some surface scuff marks, but otherwise perfect.

Men In Her Life 1931, Swedish, dry mounted on foam
Yep, dry mounted on foam. Pretty nicely, but still. Not one for collectors but a nice genuine bit of deco design. A bit of drama, makes for wonderful and easy display.

Thank you! There's still some Polish posters available but I do have more Polish paper I'll be adding. :)

Forbidden Street is no longer for sale. I was going to add Boomerang and Where the Sidewalk Ends today but looking at them I really don't think I can part with my Dana Andrews posters. I'm now spurred on to fill in the gaps of that collection. Doh.gif

Hello peeps! I'm working on an exciting project that I could use the funds for. - So I'm still accepting offers and will be more generous than before. Multiple purchases will always get the best ever deals. :)

It looks like postimage had some server issues and all the photos I've posted are down. I'll get to replacing them.

Thank you Jeff, you super mod!

I'm going to post all the available posters in this one post, for clarity's sake. There's been some confusion on what's available and what has already sold. :)

Just to state, I do actually accept offers. No bs. My priority is to move on the posters.

Bye Bye Birdie 1963, Italian 2 Foglio, folded
Excellent condition. There are pin holes in the corners (on the yellow background, grrr) and a small tear in the left border.

Young Desire 1930, Swedish 1 Sheet, unfolded
Excellent condition. There are some small tears in the border, some minor wrinkling and bend in the corner.

Ugetsu Monogatari R77, Japanese B2, unfolded
Excellent condition. small edge wear on the right hand side. Tiny fold in the bottom right corner.

Devil in the Flesh 1949, US 1 sheet, folded
Good condition with edge wear, light surface wear and small tears scattered. There is slight fold separation and minor paper loss. There is some tape on the back and a light extra horizontal fold in the top border.

Castle in the Sky 1986, Japanese B2, unfolded
Excellent condition. Little sign of any wear.

I Am Curious Yellow 1971, Japanese B2, unfolded
Excellent condition. Some slight waves from storage but can be easily flattened out.

Argument about Basia 1960, Russia, folded
Very good condition. Some pin-holes and small tears around the edges.

Dancer In the Dark 2000, US double sided teaser, signed, unfolded
'signed' by Bjork, Catherine Deneuve, and director Lars von Trier. Idk, I can't authenticate but if you want to take a punt... thumbsup.gif

Men In Her Life 1931, Swedish, dry mounted on foam
Yep, dry mounted on foam. Pretty nicely, but still. Not one for collectors but a nice genuine bit of deco design. A bit of drama, makes for wonderful and easy display.

Man of Two Worlds 1943 Window Card, unfolded
In decent condition. The top blank area has been trimmed and there's paper loss in the top two corners. There's edge wear along the edges, a small tear the the bottom left side and a crease in the right.

His Glorious Night 1929, US Title card
Magnificent original condition. Some minor dings around the edges, and a tiny tear in the bottom corner. Some smudges around the edges.

John Gilbert swiftly went from matinee idol, the post-Valentino silent star to becoming unemployable and dead by 36. His Glorious Night was his first talkie. The long-standing rumour is that Louis B. Mayer had Gilbert's voice tinkered with to a higher pitch to ruin him. Whatever the truth, His Glorious Night was the beginning of the end for Gilbert. He followed up with a series of flops between bouts of depression and alcoholism. He showed glimpses of brilliance with Downstairs and Queen Christina and with the help of Marlene Dietrich attempted to come back as a character actor, but Hollywood had moved on and disposed of Gilbert. He succumbed to alcoholism and died of a heart attack.

A tiny bit of quite significant early Hollywood history.

She Should Have Stayed in Bed 1963, US 1 sheet, folded
Edge wear, fold wear and light fold separation. There also minor paper loss, pin holes, and light surface stains. There's paper tape in the top right corner.

Andrei Rublev R88, Andrei Tarkovsky, Russian (country of origin), unfolded
Excellent condition. Never folded. Very little signs of wear.  thumbsup.gif

A Woman Under the Influence 1974, John Cassavetes, US 1 Sheet, folded
in good condition. There's edge wear and small scuff marks throughout the poster.

Opening Night 1977, John Cassavetes, US 1 Sheet, unfolded
Very good condition. Has edge wear and some creases around the edges. Some minor surface wear too.

The Passion of Anna 1969, Ingmar Bergman, Thierry hates "French Grande", folded
Excellent, excellent. No issues or faults.

Untamed Youth 1957, Half Sheet
Very good condition. Has edge wear and creases around the edges. Minor stains, otherwise nice and clean.

Unnatural 1956, Half Sheet
Good condition. Has a vertical fold in the middle. Has edge wear and minors bumps, tears and some light stains.

The Strange Woman 1946, Half Sheet
Good condition. There's wear and small tears around the edges. Some of the tears have been repaired with tape on the back. There's a scattering of surface stains and creases. Beautiful rich colour!

High & Low R68, Akira Kurosawa, Japanese B2, folded but has been stored flat for a long time.
In very good condition. Has some edge wear and some surface marks.

Settlement of Love 1956, Shin Saburi, Japanese B2, unfolded
Excellent condition. Close to perfect, no faults. But a film starring Setsuko Hara and Toshiro Mifune?! OMG

Marriage of Maria Braun 1982, Polish 27x38, folded
Very good condition. There are some light lines and creases around the edges.

Mirror 1980, Polish 27x38, unfolded
Excellent condition. Some minor scuffs.

Land of Promise 1975, Polish 22x33, folded but has been laying flat for a long time
Excellent condition. No visible faults.

Max & the Junkmen 1972, East German, folded
Close to perfect. Some minor speckles of discolouration in the background

Videodrome 1983, French med, folded
Very good condition. Has a snipe, some dings around the edges and some marks too (looks to be dried glue?)

Just as an added thank you bonus: anyone who purchases a poster will get their name credited (if desired) in a super-secret project. It's not a production, but it is film related! I'll disclose in PM. Sorry to be so cryptic, but you'd be assisting along something really nice!

Scream, Blacula, Scream, 1973, Aussie Daybill, folded
Has censor stamp top middle, otherwise excellent condition!
