Argentinian Halloween.
Thanks Jeff! Yes, took about a month to arrive. And it will more than likely be going to Dan for backing.  :)

stop backing stuff that would look good in a frame by itself. Down the road, RAW posters are going to be vastly preferred just like raw rolled ROTJ posters will always be worth more than folded in the same condition. This poster is entirely acceptable, even with the small tape, which is easily removable with some rubber cement thinner and a small brush. Some of the stain will also lift and it wouldn't take 15 minutes. You're reducing your future value when you back raw posters in decent conditions

Landed this 30x40. Nothing exceptional about it but it's still the very best movie about the first-year law-school experience, still seared into my memory 25 years later. And I went to a "B" law school (Tulane), I'm sure it's even more intense and mind-blowing at "A+" Harvard, where the movie takes place. And yes, ALL of the current S.Ct. members went to H or Y.

A few more to round out June.

If you haven't seen Room 237 and a re a fan of The Shining, or Kubrick in general, you should give it a watch. A few folks give their best argument for and underlying meaning of the film. Some are far fetched, but some are pretty believable. All of them present some pretty good idiosyncrasies throughout Kubrick's movie that can either be explained by his genius or by chance... you get to choose.

Room 237: alt style OS

North Shore: a film I have fond memories of as a kid

Django Unchained: Candian OS

A "must" only if one likes the movie and wants a poster from it.

I think all collections are unique and specific to the individual collector, and none "require" that any particular poster needs to be included to make it worthy or otherwise.

(My 2¢ anyhow.  :) )

I have a list of about 2,000 must-have posters.  It's all in my head.  Movies that I consider classics or classics in the making.  I don't necessarily look for them, but I know what they are and I will consider my collection incomplete and a work in progress until I get them all, which means until I die or at least stop collecting.  I already got a lot of them, probably half if not more, pieces like Vertigo, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Laura, to the much cheaper Godfather, Rocky, Apocalypse Now, to the Dark Knight Rises and La La Land.  Some I will never get, like Casablanca.  But it keeps me going, one piece at a time.
