Way back in 1974, I saw this image in a magazine (maybe Famous Monsters) and, try as I might, I couldn't locate a copy of the poster anywhere. I wrote some letters (no internet back then) but nobody could help, so I eventually gave up.Then just a few days ago, my Ebay search showed up and there it was, with a buy it now for the price of a modern poster.Its not an actual movie poster, but a poster advertising a photo-book with stills and dialogue from the 1931 classic.Its larger than a one-sheet at 30x45 and doesn't have the printer's color bar at the bottom (as this is a stock photo).Its rolled (as originally issued) and near mint condition with not a single ding or crease. The colors are still vibrant for a 43-year-old poster and I am one happy camper.
