I am digging this poster I just got in the mail today.  It falls into both the travel and propaganda categories, as it is an American Airlines poster touting the unity between "three great allies".

I don't know precisely. We can set an early bound of May 1942 when Mexico entered the war. But as you suggested, the AA logo provides an even better clue.  The American Airlines logo seen on the poster was in use from 1945-1962.

So my best guess is that the poster is from 1945, or perhaps the immediate post-war years when it still would have been topical to refer to "three great allies".

I have seen a couple of other AA posters that make direct reference to the war effort and have the earlier logo that was in use from 1934-1945.

Another American Airlines poster for Mexico. This one was designed by Edward McKnight Kauffer. There doesn't seem to be a solid consensus on the year of the poster; various sources claim anywhere from 1949 through the mid-1950's.

As someone who one day aspires to keep poultry in their backyard (once the kids are a little bit older), I couldn't turn this poster down.  The pink and yellow inks are even brighter in person than they appear in the photo.
