SEAN, I was a little confused by your description...but I see there are two DEATHBED movies.

"Mine" is this one:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0090148/combined

The other is:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0385639/combined

Although for some reason imdb uses the same poster on BOTH. Ha!

Cheers!

After a handful of emails to Photobucket, they finally fixed my problem and I can upload again.
So, without further ado, here's some new paper from December.
And I do mean NEW.

Got this from APF's own Chris9000.  Thanks for the super packaging and fast shipping, Chris!

This was an ebay pickup.

And these three were from Dale (ddilts399).  Thanks Dale!

Haven't seen Rogue One yet, Tob.
Possibly Monday.
Hopefully its better than that Force Awakens nonsense, eh?

Force Awakens plays better upon repeated viewing. All the Star Wars films have been slow to develop, I think the anticipation just had folks expecting more. I liked it more the second time around when I already knew what was going to happen and just let it flow.

Everyone just wants that Ray Park saber duel level of action now all the time.

Interesting.
I've seen it 4x, first being in the theater.
Subsequent viewings drove it to the bottom of the list for me.
Only thing I finally really liked about TFA was seeing Chewbacca again.

Everything I hear about  Rogue One is good though, so I'm holding hope.

When you say "bottom of the list" do you also mean below the Lucas-directed prequels?

Well, almost to the bottom of the list.
I liked it a little better than Phantom Menace.

Counting the first teaser, there are now four.
Don't waste time, Mike.
Get 'em now before they're gone.
They look great in hand.

The 4th being the one where she is standing in the 'sad pose'? :)
Yeah, they all look great.

My first two German posters; The Conversation, and The Long Goodbye. The condition seemed nearly too good to be true when I first opened the package, but I took the magnifying glass to them, and everything checks out as far as I can tell. Just hard to believe, as they look *perfect*.

Nice crisp posters, congratulations

A user here goes by the name of Harry Caul. Now I see the connection! The scene in the above poster looks strange, why on toilet why under cupboard but I guess it makes sense in the film :-)

I have seen some Harry Caul posts, and I've been tempted to reply with references to the movie.  :)

It is an odd image out of context, but like MPB said, you gotta see it! Coppola in his prime.

No I haven't, as you know I nearly completely dislike movies. Seeing the Long Goodbye will be a long wait

No, the French Connection is a totally different Gene Hackman movie :) You want to see The Conversation.

What did I do? I'm NOT getting notices again. Grr. Gotta fix that. BUT...

Ooooo TED, what a super groovy nice haul. WOW! And motsm, I love that CONVERSATION poster. STEVE, I have (gasp!) NEVER seen the film either.

Had this come in right after the New Year. A Danish OS (and my first poster from Denmark) for the 1958 flick, The Inn of the Sixth Happiness with Ingrid Bergman, Curd Jürgens and Robert Donat. I really like the image of Bergman and many of the colors really pop.

Poster art by Stilling (signed in the lower left corner)

Another arrival today.

A rolled UK quad for An American Werewolf in Paris (1997).

Tho I havent seen it, I have a friend who worked on it (post production) and she said it was pretty bad. Maybe this is another example of where cool poster art makes up for what was shown on the screen.

(A piece of plexi is laying on the poster to hold it down; that's what the thin white lines are at the top and bottom of the poster).

Nice posters Jeff. I like the Danish poster. The coloring is really cool. Your friend was correct about the movie. It is pretty bad. However, I have a poster for it too. Nice poster - awful film.

Nice ones, Jefe.

Really like the portrait of Ms. Bergman, and overall it's certainly a striking image.
