@Chris -- great posters as always. Love 'em all.

@Rich -- what's with these new acquisitions? Very nice. Is this stuff staying in your personal collection or are they scheduled for your next auction?

if I post in this thread, they are collected, unless I have a duplicate(s)

Kidnapped is actually the duplicate copy as is the Masters of Grind

unfortunately, there are no records of these posters, so little reference.

Killer 'ROTLD' , Ted. Always loved the art on that one.

Nice grab, Mahmudf! How long have you been looking for one?

Thanks
I've seen many pass me by but not at a price I could afford,  my rolled one cost a lot less than the folded one that recently sold on emovieposter

Haven't bought much lately but saw this on Emovie and I had to have it. It's not in the greatest condition but who cares lol.

The 3sh for Dragonwyck, never seen another for sale in my years of collecting. I'm still waiting for the 1sheet to show up but this is an able substitute.

Can never go wrong with Gene, that's for sure. Beautiful pickup there, Marc.  bed1

This one also caught my eye when it was up for auction.

other cool stuff

better shot, for when they linenback it

Rich I thought you were mostly anti-linen for posters in your personal collection. Or is it due to this style being more rare that you are choosing to do it?

My first Italian posters arrived today direct from Italy, locandinas for Klute, Deliverance, and Amadeus. I had time to build a frame while they were in transit, and I decided to hang Klute first. I also picked up a set of 8X10 lobby cards of The Duellists for $7 shipped, guess the movie is obscure enough that no one else placed a bid. They aren't as exciting, but I love the movie.

A bit newer than some of the other great titles this month. Really excited this is being released. Loved the first film just hoping that it is as good.

Cheers Chris. A simple design much like the first films quad.

Like the Blade Runner you recently picked up.

Your Klute locandina looks great, Ryan -- and even more so framed up. Nice grabs, all the way around and awesome framing job, too.  thumbsup.gif

Thanks a lot Erik, it's colors really pop, I'm loving it on the wall.

Thanks, really glad to have it, since I never cared for the one sheet.
Some great additions this month,  I've been after this for some time

That's a beautiful one, you must be ecstatic.

Bottle Rocket - This is Wes Anderson's first film. The poster isn't much, and I've actually never seen the film, but I think I am going to to start collecting his films in posters, so why not start here.

Love that poster.......and see the film.  Probably not his best film, but its my favorite from him.

Love the film and especially love the simple artwork on this poster with the black background. In my opinion one of the best designs for this film along with the French re-release in the 90s.

Some nice posters so far this month. Love the Alien and the Trainspotting, would look good next to the original. Very happy to add this B1 to my collection.

I'm lucky enough to have children that love movies and have gotten into posters along with me. They're not quite internet savvy (thankfully) so I'll post this one on their behalf.

A photo from this morning of them with their latest acquisition, The Lego Batman Movie, and discussing what their next pick-up should be (and how much allowance they have left).
