Love your Frankie Meets the Wolf Man quad, Paul.   bed1

Did Eros distribute for Universal? Or is it a later RR?

Paul must be busy tracking down more one-of-a-kind quads.

From what I can find: per IMDb, Universal released Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man here in the States in 1943 and in the UK in July, 1946.
Per wiki, Eros Films, a UK distributor started operations in May, 1947 and ended June 1961.

If those dates are correct, this quad falls between 1947 and 1961 in a subsequent re-release.
From the style, I'm guessing that it was one of Eros Films' earlier distribution ventures in those early years, between 1947-1952.
Great poster!
 cheers

Sorry Jeff, missed your post looking at all the poster goodness.

The Franky meets is a Silk-screen from 48/49, from a limited re-release here in the UK. It will have had a print run in the couple of hundred, so jolly scarce, and as you will have seen still has the "H" cert on it. The first release was by GFD, but to this day have never seen one.

I have too many Harry Potter posters - here's a less common set for Prisoner of Azkaban (not my photos).

And I guess I can show this quad again.

Agreed, Dale's Halloween collection is quite something. I thought both the Films and the posters went downhill after the first Hellraiser, which I still find quite a difficult watch (meaning I'm a scaredy cat)

Can I get a judges ruling on this first one T?  Are we going based on the original French name?  Or the name used in the US (Spirits of the Dead)?  I also have a poster created specifically for one of the segments -- Toby Dammit -- but that's probably appropriate to post on our "T" day.  Of course, the poster is Italian so even that segment was re-titled to the literal Italian translation of the original name of the Edger Allen Poe story it's based on... whew!
