Mike, did you back the rolled ESB poster? If so, how come? Looks to be in amazing condition AND it was rolled. Or did it need some TLC?

It was the one that got partly crunched in a tube during shipping. Not a lot of color breaks, which are fixed, from that but a lot of unhappy looking crinkling that were very VERY close to becoming color breaks and horribly distracting. A year of sitting under a stack did not flatten it enough and continued handling of it would have resulted in a lot of color breaks if not extremely careful as all of those little creases were pretty sharp. Now it is safe and looks awesome.

Is it the one you memorialized here? The backing job looks fantastic, btw. clap clap

Star Wars British Quad, Raiders of the Lost Ark 1 sh

Two more for your viewing or preferably buying pleasure today.

First up for today is one of the iconic films from the 80's that you cannot escape no matter what you do, Raiders of the Lost Ark. One of my all time favorites. This one is a US one sheet with the PG ratings box, not an international. The poster was rolled and in NM condition with the exception of that it had been the recipient of some water damage making it warp and look not so fresh. It has been backed to address this with the usual deacidification and what not to help keep it white longer and kill any kind of mold that may have found its way onto the paper. Don't worry, there was no sign of mold at all it was just a precaution. The poster now looks NM/M and has had no actual restoration work done to it other than the above mentioned, no color breaks were present, no damage whatsoever except for that damn wavy stuff and what not you get from water exposure. $550 obo

Next up, yes you guessed it, more Star Wars goodness. This time in the form of the beautiful style C British Quad. This also was rolled and exposed to water and then backed. There were a few edge scratches on it that were touched up and a couple in the dark background on the right side but no serious damage at all to it. This too can be yours for the low low price of $4999.95, just kidding $950 obo shipped as usual.

Wanna know what I think?  I think Holiday and I should get a percentage of the shit you sell on our forum.  Or if not a percentage, at least a nice freebie.  Bruce charges a 25% commission.  It's only fair we get something too.

Ah, but hell.  He does Sell well, does he not?

His spiel competes with that of Bruce of the 'Wot, not only is it $1, but it really is, $1.' variety.

Let's hope it sells and wish him on his way...

Actually that offer was for you Vick.

In all honesty only the Goonies sold through the forum, the rest sold on E-Bay or through emails to others off the forum. The Yamakatsu almost sold through here but fell through.

Wow, how did I miss this?
I really think you should delete this post.
You should be encouraging collectors to post their sales here, not trying to shame them.
Remember, it is the membership here that brings the traffic.

Mike is a good guy.  I like him.  He's one of the few people I actually talk to on a regular basis.  I would never try to shame him.  This was obviously a joke.  I don't need anything from anyone.  Sorry you misinterpreted it.

Obviously, this forum is free.  Holiday and I pay for it.

I've never asked for anything from anyone and never will.  Why would I start now?

What's the total cost per year for the webhost and DNS ? 120 USD... even less if it is webhost with unlimited DNS, which it is as same DNS is shared between H website and this one , so cost should be around 20 USD per year ?

But yeah, having a commission on sale, like 0,01% would be great to cover the 20 USD cost and may be hiring professional banner designer :)   Cynical emoticon ->  HAHA.gif

Well done Undead for your sales and posting these here !

Apologies, if that was a joke.
I've been here from the beginning and I didn't interpret it as such.
I'm concerned about others who might want to post their sales and might've been discouraged by your words.
Maybe you'd best start using those winks (sarcasm) emoticons?

this is a joke: Three women are standing in an elevator. They're all pregnant. One of them says, "You know, I read somewhere that you can tell the gender of the child by what position you conceived. We did it missionary, so I'm gonna have a boy."
The other one looks at her and says, "I was on top, so it must be a girl."
The two look at the third, a blonde, and wait for her reply.
She's quiet for a minute and then blurts out, "Oh my God!! I'm having puppies!!!"
