Ooooo KLOWNICLE, those lightboxes really make your posters POP to life. WOW! both are hot.

jedgerley, I dig the KILL BILL. Very cool.

Baseman, nice additions. I especially like THE REVENANT. I've not seen that style before. Congrats.

CHRIS9000 a big bumper crop for you. Bravo! As simple as it is, my pick o' the bunch is the THERE WILL BE BLOOD poster.

COOL stuff as always, nice pickups everyone.

Thought I would share this one just because it was interesting.

When Disney started promoting Tron one of the cool things they did was to create a kind of scavenger hunt. One of the items along the way were the guerilla Flynn Lives posters pasted up in different areas that when put under a black light would offer clues that led to another poster or location and ultimately led to Flynn's arcade. The lit image is one I found online to show what it looks like under the light.

One can never go wrong with tried and true, black light posters. They often can be an eye grabber.  8)

Very cool, Devin.  thumbsup.gif

I like the alien hand style. Is that also for the 75th anniv. campaign? Or is it something else?

Thanks Jeff ;D
The seller didn't specify but the mark in the lower right does say 75th; I had seen the gold one on EMP in the one-sheet size for the USA release but couldn't find anything about these Japanese ones.

Hey Devin.. my bad...  Doh.gif I now do see the little logo in the right corner.

And what is printed on the lower right corner of the gold, Alien-1979 poster? Is it a Japanese mark of some kind? Or is it in English?

The picture's a bit blurry but it just says "Not For Sale" "2010 Fox".  The white one says the same plus the 75th anniversary logo.

Closing off the month are two Second World War posters: a dramatic 'Save for the brave!' by the British Savings Committee (1941)

and a 1942 Canadian Poster by the deHavilland Aircraft company.

I'm just about to...oh wait a minute. I was going to say I was going to post my usual post on the 1st and here was my sample...when it occurred to me that the July thread was the wrong place to do so (forgive me...it's 5:21 am and I'm still asleep). I'll see you in the August thread. CHEERS!
