well as resident phone booth expert, I've never seen a poster in one, and as said above, not sure where it could possibly go.

I have photographed booths in:

Thailand,
England,
Scotland,
Ireland,
Canada,
USA,
Caribbean,
Dubai,
 and of course Australia.

Don't know where you went in the UK, but I've seen loads of telephone boxes with film posters on them. They are a peel off the protective paper, and stick to the glass kind of thing, so they can be viewed from the outside.

We also have Lamp-post posters, that fit in a light box half way up a lamp-post. The poster size seems an odd size on these, almost 1sht size..

I'm wishing I'd taken some pics of these if only for Ari's records/collection. Next ones I see...

I have never seen anything like that in the USA Paul, but I haven't seen a phone booth you could mount such a thing on in many years

And this was the reason for my initial comment, as all those posters described as "phone booth" style are US posters (according to the EMP descriptions). Not ones meant for any foreign market. So that's what had me confused as to their naming, since they are for domestic use (im assuming).

Great shots, skyjackers. So they are used on the now common phone kiosk type of structures.  clap clap

Are those pics in the UK? US? Other?  I see the name Van Wagner below the blue phone sign.

I think New York but not 100% sure. Definatley US though. When I have a little more time I may be able to find others and let you know exactly where they are from.
