Fish Tail Ales... The Hobbit Series from 2014
« on: November 25, 2015, 11:45:46 PM »
I picked up a set of these tonight, on the way home from work. The 3 beers, were produced by Fish Brewing Company, up in Olympia, WA, back in 2014. They consist of a Pilsner, a Stout and a Belgian.

The labels and size (22 oz bottles) are what caught my eye this evening. The woman in line, behind me, had them, and i paid for what I had, went to my car, loaded the groceries and made a second trip inside, to buy them.  :D

Here's a link that describes each of the trio, in a bit more detail:

Originally marketed at $9.99 per bottle, I'd be happy to gather and send a set to any member for $8.50/bottle plus shipping.

PM me, if interested.

I had brunch there a few months ago.  Good food.  It was too early for suds, but I've had their brews many times, particularly at the brew fests that were a staple of '90s Seattle...

I only know the name, too, (they carry a number of their other ales/beers in the local market here) but this is the first time i ever decided to try one of their brews.
