Sources for NSS numbers?

I have the LAMP .pdf file listing of NSS numbers.  There is a column with letters to indicate what the source for the information was (B, N, or P).  However there is no explanation of what those letters mean.  Does anyone know?

I didn't realize there was something I was missing.  Of course if I tried a bit harder w/ Google I'd have figured that out myself  :)

Anyhow, in case some other clueless person is wondering, the Intro and main NSS numbers listing files here:

Those are the free online files, I'm not sure how out of date or incomplete they are compared to what you get if you become a LAMP member.
