Paypal multi order shipping is the shipping app on Paypal that we all use to buy & print postage for packages.

they changed the app

Not sure how Dale uses Endicia but his poster tubes get to me in London 3 - 5 days after I place an order. His shipping costs are the lowest of any US seller I know.
