Title: The Matrix 1999 poster authentication

This is my first message on here and wanted to verify if this poster I'm thinking of purchasing is authentic. It's a DS Theatrical movie poster that measures 27x40. I'm sure the double bullets at the bottom should confirm this but I wanted to see if I could get an opinion from anyone on here.
