Im gonna use watercolor pencils to cover it , its already been backed - question is what blue and orange do i use ?
-
Maybe:
Robin's egg blue, and
Gamboge

Tang,
I would be interested in seeing images of the poster after you have used the pencils.
Also if anyone knows of a good set of watercolor pencils, I would appreciate this information.
I have a number of inexpensive posters that have missing pieces and I need to patch and color them myself.

I have a really good set I use quite regular, will post a pic tomorrow...

Nice pic Steve! Fold line issues, or more touch ups than that?

Hi Vick, some missing bits(!):

The orange bits on the floor near my feet are left over scraps of other posters to cover holes in the Tarzan poster. That's where buying some $1 posters comes in handy!

That's a great photo, Steve! That poster is superb.

Thanks Tob thumbsup.gif
I hung it on the wall at a level close to the floor so easiest to work on as lying it on the floor would have been too hard for this size
-
Very nice job on your Tarzan 6 sheet, Steve! I sure like seeing it up on the wall, too. Okie

Not impressed by Passion Graphiques restoration , i thought the fakes would be properly spray painted over but i guess i cant expect better for 200 euros :'(
Hes good at backing but thats about it
