That explains it, unfortunately.  :'(

Since this seller was covering that cost, he/she opted to use the cheapest and lowest grade tube possible.

(And was this sent from overseas?)

Hahaha!!!  That’s a little funny, sorry Mike.  Well, I can’t imagine it being an expensive poster, so it’s more a story to tell than anything else.
