Title: "Blowing up" small images with less "jagginess" with ASBU3/PhotoEnlarger.com

So I've got bazillions of small images from earlier years which look positively picayune nowadays.

Most standard art programs adequately enlarge small pics but two options use special algorithms to minimize jagginess:
