This poster for Mexico's Navy Day is very simple, and looks to have been made with a silkscreen process. There is no printer details or other information that would help give a precise date.
However, my googling showed that Mexico first celebrated Navy Day in 1942 so it is no older than that.
Despite the "homemade" quality, I like it!
