Title: Help with placing a bid for a 1sh on Heritage, willl not accept my bid

I was wondering if someone could please place a bid for me for a 1sh for Enter the Dragon on Heritage Auctions, for some reason or another they will not take my bid. It is a trimmed poster so I am hoping to get it for a good price as I just want to display it. I am flickshack on ebay with lots of references and will return the favor, will pay directly for item, paypal, etc. Really longing for this one.
