Title: "Flat Folded"
Post by: erik1925 on August 20, 2017, 08:20:34 AM
I just noticed this description term on a couple of the HA auctions ending tonight, like this one:

https://movieposters.ha.com/itm/fantasy/viking-women-and-the-sea-serpent-american-international-1957-flat-folded-one-sheet-27-x-41-fantasy/a/161734-53466.s?ic4=ListView-ShortDescription-071515

What's the difference between 'flat folded' and 'machine folded?' (as issued from the printer)

I think that's an aka for tri-folded (no vertical fold).

it's the difference between people emailing in "what do you mean machine folded" and explaining the poster is flat & folded

everyone who buys, is not a collector
